Stayed with my crew here for an overnight stay. The staff is very nice and the rooms are brand new, elegant and everything is right where you need it. Very quite at night I had a great sleep and breakfast is lovely.

We have stayed twice in hotel Pasteur. It is now fully refurbished and has a boutique type feel to it. The rooms are tasteful and comfortable with free wifi. The breakfast table is excellent with lots of local produce. The personable service cannot be faulted. Parking is 10€ extra off-street and well worth it as it allows your luggage to...

We last visited this hotel when it was being renovated a few years ago. It is now a smart and functional hotel within easy walking distance of the city centre. The room was spacious and very clean and modern. You can park in the courtyard. Both our visits were on Sundays which makes finding a restaurant nearby more challenging, but...

My wife and I visited this hotel in late October 16. The hotel is extremely clean, tidy, well kept and well maintained. Additionally, the hotel staff are charming. The hotel is situated close to the town centre with excellent parking (must be pre-booked). Thank you hotel Pasteur - we had a wonderful time.

Newly refurbished and beautifully appointed, the hotel is in the centre of town, easy to find and with secure parking (has to be booked in advance and costs extra). Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated room and state of the art bathroom. Not cheap but worth it. Very good breakfast too.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The car parking space allocated to us was helpfully marked out on arrival. They had booked a restaurant for us in the town. The rooms are well presented and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is adequate. My only criticism is that it was a very warm humid night and the room could really have...

A gem of a small hotel, not trying to be too fancy just extremely tastefully done. Although it has no dining room (it has a nice little conservatory for breakfast) the hotel staff are so friendly and efficient and booked us into a recommended restaurant that was superb. The room was very modern and although not huge it was well...

We made a one night stop over and found the location and access to the hotel to be perfect. An easy, short detour from the autoroute, with reserved onsite parking that you can book for your arrival time, (beats the first come first served system in many hotels), and what looked to be available on street parking also. Staff were...

Good clean hotel. Nice, helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely with lots of homemade cakes and goodies. The town is quiet so don't expect too much from it. But the main problem, and the reason for 3, is the lack of air conditioning. We stayed there in July and struggled to sleep.

We stayed here for three days while visiting the Chalons, Epernay, and the Argonne-Meuse. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast. Nice room. Parking available. Offered a free bottle of champagne to all visitors during our visit to compensate for the very hot days we were experiencing. A pleasant stay.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Pasteur Hotel is a delightful one on in many ways. Set in a former convent, its pièce de résistance is a superb ornate 17th century staircase. Its fortuitous position in the centre of the town means that guests are able to enjoy a range of gastronomic delights in nearby restaurants, less than 10 minutes’ walk away. The nearest, Le Petit Pasteur, which adjoins the hotel is highly recommended. In summer’s heat the hotel’s shaded terrace is a must. 28 comfortably-appointed bedrooms and off-road parking within the inner courtyard. The Pasteur Hotel is a charming traditional independent hotel ; it is not part of a hotel chain ... more   less
