Detailed Reviews
The corridors and rooms were quite small and smelled funny. The bed was very comfortable, but the shower was very tricky to use. The room got really hot and there was no AC, so we had to keep the window open the whole time. There was no wi-fi in the rooms, but the lobby/bar had free wi-fi connection. Location of the hotel was good, there was a supermarket nearby and the metro station wasn't too far away. The staff couldn't speak or understand English, only French. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was a good thing. We couldn't buy food to keep in our room since there was no refrigerator.

Room for 2 people: the covers in four days have never been changed, thankfully towels were changed, there was only one roll of toilet-paper a day (not always enough), the Wi-Fi that was guaranteed on booking in our room he did not take. The staff that greeted us was available, but it did not know English. There also had been guaranteed a taxi for the return to the airport: never seen it. The position rispect the center of the city is not uncomfortable, a 10-minute walk from the subway that connects easily to the center. Overall it was disappointing, luckily the city is beautiful!

Room not very insulated, a little dated, good for one night as part of a business trip...
A fair price for Levallois despite everything.
On the other hand, an excellent restaurant which serves until very late. Very pleasant service.

Check-in was very time-consuming and complicated because nobody speaks English very well. Breakfast consists of a cup of coffee and a croissant and not a continental breakfast as described in booking portals. Breakfast is served every day from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., except on Saturdays. The restaurant doesn't open until 9:30 a.m. We weren't given this information, and we found ourselves standing in front of a locked door at 8:30 a.m.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator! If you have heavy suitcases and need to go to the third floor (it goes even higher), you could theoretically climb a mountain. The room was obviously cleaned.
I had cut myself and there were blood stains on my towel. I had put it on the floor to change it. It was folded and put back on the shelf. That's unacceptable. When I showered, I was constantly either scalding myself or the water was cold. There wasn't even a hook on the shower to hang the towel on. There was just a blackout curtain at the window. Either you close it and turn on the light, or you leave it open and the neighbors will be happy. With a few curtains it would have been a bit cozier.
You can get a hairdryer on request, but I'm not sure whether the man behind the counter would have understood me. He kept speaking French, even though I made it clear to him that I didn't understand him. All in all, it was chaotic and very disorganized. I'm really not demanding, but this hotel is a total disaster. The only plus point is the location. 1 minute to the train station, by train to Paris. There is no metro station nearby. You could do without some bad reviews if you pointed out a few things in the hotel description. Maybe there are people who don't mind climbing a castle every day or just having a cup of coffee in the morning. I'm not one of them, so I won't be coming to this hotel again.

Arriving at 2 p.m. we had to wait until 5 p.m. to get our room.
There were 8 of us waiting. People from Marseillais, people from Vendée and us from Nantes.
The wait was due to the fact that the cleaning lady had not arrived... lol
The room was very dirty, dusty, very small, poorly insulated, barely clean sheets, hair (to put it mildly) was present... in short, apart from the location (50 meters from the station)
To flee

Second visit to this restaurant.
Not disappointed with the passage!
Tasty cuisine: special mention with homemade foie gras and bib, exquisite. Bravo chef Elise 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🏾
Service at the top of Safia (with small onions).
I highly recommend

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights because it was so inexpensive and a quick taxi ride to the center of Paris. I really have nothing positive to say about this hotel. Here are the glaring cons from our stay which align well with other comments:
-there was one roll of toilet paper on the toilet when we arrived. We were not given another roll until the first roll was nearly gone!
-the website promoted room service, but there are no directions on how to call room service so you can't really figure out how. We tried pushing every button and got nothing.
-NONE OF THE STAFF SPEAKS ENGLISH! Normally I would not complain about this, but in the hotel industry, I expect some key words in English! We couldn't figure out how to get to our room because he was speaking quickly in French and made no effort to slow down or explain in a way we could understand.
-the website stated that we would have a hair dryer, but there was not one in the room. We had to walk down and up 4 flights of stairs to get one.
-there is no elevator! We were on the 4th floor and after a 10 hour day full of walking, we still had to drag ourselves up 4 long, winding, narrow flights of stairs. Plus the light was on a timer, so if you didn't go fast enough, you'd have to find your way in the dark.
-the hallways (luckily not the room) smell terribly of old tobacco.
-the room was always moist! We woke up feeling dewy. Under the blankets, you could feel the moisture. When we opened our suitcase after returning to the states, out clothes were still damp-feeling.
-the shower is AWEFUL!! The shower head bracket was attached to the faucet, about 2 feet from the bottom of the tub, pointing at our knees! The shower head was detachable, but there was no bracket to hold it up over our heads, so we had to hold the head with one hand while trying to wash with the other hand. To make matters worse, there is no consistency in the water temperature. If another person was showering in another room, we'd either get freezing cold water or burning hot water.
-my sheets had holes in them and were not changed once during our 5 night stay. We THINK that we got new towels every day, but can't be sure as they still felt damp when we used them next.
-the only housekeeping was someone coming in to make our beds each day. And when we returned to the room, we would find out belongings tossed about if they were 'in the way!'
-the front desk manager busted into our room without knocking one hour after checking in! We went to our room to nap after a long day of traveling and heard our phone ringing. We didn't answer as we were sleeping. Moments later, the desk clerk unlocked and opened our door without even knocking and burst into the room. He couldn't remember who we were or when we had checked in! After he left, he immediately unlocked the door and burst into the room AGAIN to ask me what my name was so he could try to remember the reservation! Completely unacceptable and terrifying!
-good luck getting any sleep if you have neighbors on either side of your room. We heard others talking and tvs on until 2-3 in the morning. This was not our neighbors' faults - the walls are so thin that you can hear someone peeing in the room next door!
We never tried the restaurant, because we were Leary with the language barrier, so I can't speak in that. We saw a few people eating there during our stay.
Luckily we only needed this room for sleeping, or we have gone elsewhere and not even cared about losing the money! The location was decent, a 15-20 minute Uber rode to most of the monuments, but not an area you'd want to be out in after dark.

This is very good value. The rating is very much based on value. This is not five star nor four or three, but it is very very good value, particularly for Paris. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The food and drink in the bar downstairs were lovely.

the place was decent! i traveled here by myself and i stayed for 4 nights and it wasn't that bad at all. only problems i thought were bad was that the staff didn't speak any english which was a bit frustrating. i could hear people quite badly through the walls and i could hear water coming down the pipe which was weird. but overall, it was a decent hotel! i wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel in paris for the price it was. it was very close to the train station which only had 2 stops to get to the metro line for central paris which was very convenient for me. i would stay here again, it was very nice and for the price it was average. i read these reviews and was very nervous to stay here after booking it but honestly it wasn't like what the previous reviews had said.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!! We had to last minute book a hotel , due to change in travel plans . In the advertising pictures this place looked decent so we went ahead and booked it. We arrived on site , absolutely no parking whatsoever. We had to drive around for an hour until we found a spot on the street. You have to go to the hotel bar to “check in” The halls reek of cigarette smoke and mildew. The room was absolutely horrifying. One rinky bed with the pooper in the same room . The sheets were stained , looked like no one had changed the bedding in years . Mold and just filth everywhere in the room . You can hear everything.. and I mean EVERYTHING in this room ... every time the person in the room next to me rolled over in bed I could hear it . I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy to stay here . I wouldn’t even stay here again if they paid me to . I got maybe two hours of sleep ... if you’re thinking about booking this place DONT !!! You’re better off sleeping in your car .
