The costumer service is great but living in a place for several days, that I’d expect to be at my everyday standard of living.. isn’t adequate, the room service were very lazy in their workings 😅 I left a cup (that I’d been drinking from last night), I would have at least expected them to take it away (they didn’t). I finished a family sized packet of sweets last night (the empty bag was just left in the same place). I also had a takeaway box of food from yesterday (as the portion was humongous) as I didn’t feel like eating it, I put it in the bin.. when I got back to the room, I see the bed made but a dirty, empty glass .. my old box of food and an empty sweet packet. This is why I’ve rated so low!!

The hotel has a great price per quality ration. Rooms are nice and modern and quite big. Location is perfect if you are staying around Levallois, but also max 10 minute walk from two metro stations on line 3. Service was great . Only thing the heating is set on automatic and it became really cold at night, as it did not warm the room enough. Beds were comfortable and the duvet really warm.

Can not over state that this place was not only value for money but modern but so homey! Which at that point in my travels being solo I was very grateful to them being so friendly. And they so helpful with anything i needed and where so understanding with my thick accent and managed to understand me without making me feel awkward or stupid. Can not recommend this place enough!

a lovely hotel in a quiet residential area not to far from palais des congres and the bus from beauvais airport. The staff were unbelievebly helpful and transport links to all the attractions of Paris were great. my only downside was that I wish I could Have heated my breakfast up in a microwave or similar

Super clean and comfortable, this little gem is located just a rock throw from Paris (Arc de Triomphe). We were just steps away from the overpriced central neighborhoods but yet, we had a metro station around the corner. Besides that, the staff was awesome.

This was the best hotel that we stayed in Paris. Unfortunately, we traveled during the strike and the nearest metro station was closed. Which forced us to walk long everyday or take Uber or taxi, which is not a fault of the hotel. Overall, the Hotel is a part of a chain in Paris and located in a quiet residential area. We were assigned a privileged room with a king and a twin bed. Beds were nice and room service was fine. Front desk people tried to help us as much as possible. I would definitely recommend Mercure chain of hotels.

Booked this hotel on the day of my stay as had to urgently come to Paris with work. Cost 368 euros. What a rip off. Outside is just a hotel in a side road. Entrance inside is tacky. Room small but ok. Air conditioning doesn’t change from 19- I like to sleep at a cooler temp so at 3 in morning I opened window. Pillows rock hard. And worst of all is pillows stank of smoke. If i hadn’t arrived at 11 I would have asked for a change of room. Just appalling. This is their privilege room so goodness knows that non privilege is like. Suggest if you can get a room here under 100 euros it is passable but anything more is a rip off. Incredibly disappointed.

Basic hotel, in my opinion below Mercure standards, with basic rooms and small common areas. I’ve been in this hotel for 6 nights just because it was near my job place, area where is located is nice crowded of restaurants to have dinner at night as the choice in the hotel is just the dish of the day. Lobby and dining/breakfast area are the same without any kind of wall which makes breakfast time a really noisy experience when you mix so many people at the same time. There is a nice terrace but Service does not exist, yo can leave your empty drinks in the afternoon and you’ll find it at the same place next morning. Completely overpriced for the quality of rooms and installations.

Rooms and comfort are OK. Late check-out is nice. The staff is friendly, although I felt they could act a bit more dynamic. But if guests can't have diner at the hotel, then don't mention it on your website !

Always a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a very good location with some nice places to eat close by, it also easy access to the centre of Paris. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. They even went as far as to send me an email telling me I’d left my phone charger!
