Living in Paris, I decided to treat myself to a little getaway for a change of scenery without really leaving the city, and my choice fell on the Mercure Paris Levallois hotel. What a nice surprise ! The welcome was exceptionally warm, with attentive staff ready to make my stay as pleasant as possible. My room was a cocoon of cleanliness and comfort, ideal for relaxing and escaping from everyday life.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to explore Paris from another angle, while enjoying the calm of Levallois. The breakfast, varied and delicious, was the ideal kick-off for my days of discovery or simple strolling in the surrounding area.

The kindness and professionalism of the staff really made the difference. It’s reassuring to see an establishment place so much emphasis on the well-being of its customers.

I highly recommend this hotel to all Parisians looking for a relaxing break without leaving the capital. A big thank you to the entire Mercure Paris Levallois team for this bubble of serenity. Without a doubt, I will return there for my next little Parisian escapes.

I recommend,

THANKS !!!

The hotel has a great price per quality ration. Rooms are nice and modern and quite big. Location is perfect if you are staying around Levallois, but also max 10 minute walk from two metro stations on line 3. Service was great . Only thing the heating is set on automatic and it became really cold at night, as it did not warm the room enough. Beds were comfortable and the duvet really warm.

As a regular customer of your quality hotel, I have always appreciated your attention to detail and the quality of your services. However, during my most recent stay, I was greatly disappointed by an incident that significantly affected my experience.

First, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly at a fairly early hour, disrupting my sleep and that of other guests. Not only was this very disruptive, but it also caused confusion and concern among the hotel occupants. As a loyal customer, I expected such situations to be handled more efficiently and discreetly.

Additionally, when I expressed my disappointment at the front desk and requested a goodwill gesture due to this disruption, I was informed that the alarm had been triggered by another guest taking an excessively long shower. While I understand the need to follow safety regulations, I do not think this should excuse the inconvenience caused to all hotel guests. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed to find that my legitimate request for a goodwill gesture was rejected without consideration for my experience as a customer.

I strongly encourage you to review your incident procedures and consider the impact on customer experience when handling such situations in the future.

The costumer service is great but living in a place for several days, that I’d expect to be at my everyday standard of living.. isn’t adequate, the room service were very lazy in their workings 😅 I left a cup (that I’d been drinking from last night), I would have at least expected them to take it away (they didn’t). I finished a family sized packet of sweets last night (the empty bag was just left in the same place). I also had a takeaway box of food from yesterday (as the portion was humongous) as I didn’t feel like eating it, I put it in the bin.. when I got back to the room, I see the bed made but a dirty, empty glass .. my old box of food and an empty sweet packet. This is why I’ve rated so low!!

Best hotel ever! We picked him for HONEYMOON and it was a great decision. We got a room overlooking the city. You can even see the Eiffel Tower. It's a fancy bed, nice towels, cool shower products. The staff is above all praise! Always smiley and sympathetic. I've been to Paris before and I know how hard it is to find a good hotel. I'm really glad we got lucky. The staff prepared a room decorated with balloons, a card with wishes and dessert for us. We adore you!
The subway is convenient. There's a bus nearby. There's a posh bakery down the street.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 8 stations from the opera house on line 3. Five blocks from a subway stop. In less than two blocks there are 3 supermarkets. Complete Carrefour City. This hotel was a surprise. By price. For the careful attention of each of its employees. Some of them speak Spanish if they don't try to help you. The comfortable room has a large comfortable bed and a bathroom with a good shower. It has a coffee maker and safe. Another thing to keep in mind is your breakfast. We would return!!!!! Very clean . It is a renovated hotel

Can not over state that this place was not only value for money but modern but so homey! Which at that point in my travels being solo I was very grateful to them being so friendly. And they so helpful with anything i needed and where so understanding with my thick accent and managed to understand me without making me feel awkward or stupid. Can not recommend this place enough!

Hotel located in the elegant residential district of Levallois, a stone's throw from the conservatory and numerous high schools and 5 minutes walk from the Antole France Metro stop.
The hall serves both as a reception and as a breakfast and waiting room.
Spacious and comfortable rooms.
Breakfast with adequate choice. I really liked the choice of tea only by infusion and not with the usual bags.
Outdoor space also enjoyable on the hottest days.

Very nice home ; clean, but some rooms require real refreshment and updating! (tiled floor loose, carpet no longer very fresh, etc.). Corresponds more to a 3 star than a four.
At night, occasional noise like a hammer on a metal pipe, mystery!!
