First time in a B&B hotel so didn't know what to expect - We stayed 2 nights during Euro 16 - weather was awful but B&B Hotel was good. Friendly staff - nice quiet hotel. Breakfast for eur6 is good value. Just across road from large supermarket (Auchan). Handy enough to get into Arras (about 3km from centre) if you...

If you’re looking a luxury hotel with top class restaurant and 24 hour room service – go somewhere else. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for one or two nights then the B&B hotels take some beating especially when you look at their room rate. We have made three one-night visits to these and they are all much the...

Stayed here for one night ahead of a Euro 2016 match in Lens. Arrived very late, about 1am, and was pleasantly surprised that the automatic check-in worked perfectly. Room was a reasonable size and clean. Slept very well. Breakfast was of a quality consistent with the price. Would happily stay again.

Basic rooms but more than fit for purpose, cheap and cheerful, a place to rest after a long drive from Geneva. About 90 mins from Calais tunnel. No bar but a few restaurants within walking distance including Tomate Cerise which was great.

All the staff, including the cleaners, were very friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were excellent. We stayed for 5 nights and found lots to see in the area and timed it for the Arras Christmas Market which the locals all seem to agree is the best in the area (we loved it). Read the earlier negative...

We stay in this hotel on our way south. arrived late and crash. Next morning we discovered the room was infested with BED BUGS. We signalled it to the reception and were told we will be contacted by the chain, and were left free to go and spread the bugs. A week later we were contacted by the hotel which...

Good edge of town location. Easy road access to Arras centre. Good spacious rooms though air conditioning not working. Comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast was the best we had experience of in this chain of hotels, as it was hot .Friendly staff. Plenty of parking available. The delivery of laundry by a lorry at 5-45am was unacceptable as the...

My wife and I have just completed a 5-night stay at this hotel (the last week of August 2015). The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from the center of Arras, a very pleasant, historic city in the north of France. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the assistant manager, Julien, is extremely helpful, friendly and...

We stayed here for one night on our way back to the UK. We have stayed in various hotels in the B&B chain for many years so they are not new to us and we know how to work the out of hours system etc. Some of the B&B's are looking tired and run down now but the B&B at...
