The hotel car park is very large and therefore parking is not a problem. The neon sign reads HOT ESTUAR which sums up the hotel. Inside the rooms are very small with very little room to manoeuvre, the shower is extremely claustrophobic and the sink and its plug was damaged. The location means that eating out involves a long drive....

I enjoyed a great two night stay with 3 other friends. The hotel's staff were friendly and very efficient. It has a small but functional bar and restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and an evening meal. Visited the Arras Christmas Market and many of the Somme battlefield cemeteries.

Arrived late at night and had quite a struggle to enter the hotel via the automated system, but there was plenty of parking and once access was achieved we were nice and close for transporting sleeping children. Room was ok, clean and big enough to put up a travel cot. Being located close to the main road made it useful...

The location of the hotel at the edge of town is good and parking is not a problem. The first impressions of the hotel were not good.....broken tiles, cracked windows and rotting frames. To be fair, the reception/breakfast area was brighter and clean. Unfortunately, the negative impressions continued in the corridor and the room itself. The fittings were once really...

We stayed here for an overnight stop on our way back to the tunnel. First impressions weren't good - the hotel is situated at the end of an unfinished road, next to some wasteland. The hotel exterior leaves a lot to be desired, plastic garden furniture strewn across the patio and overgrown grass and shrubbery at the front. There was...

It has quite a few shortcomings, one of which is a good cleaner... refurbishment needs..etc it's a bit stuck in the past in many regards. But the woman in the reception was lovely and very helpful. That does a lot to make it a nicer stay. And it wasn't dreadful, not for the price I paid. At least not for...

Very, very basic. Quite unclean. Dinner was ok though. But breakfast offered was one croissant, one bread roll and coco pops. View from the window was some sort of gravel pit, backing on to a traveller's site. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Not often I write a bad review but nothing much about this hotel was worth paying for . Arrived to a not particularly clean room, was woken by the building site next door. Needed earlyish breakfast which consisted of croissant and jam and just as we stood up to leave the very unfriendly lady brought out the rest of the...

First impression wasn't great but we gave it a shot (we had no other option). My room obviously hadn't been used in a while as upon entry it smelt like a 1983 ford Granada that hasn't been opened since 1984 after drying a wet dog on the seats The shower worked and the grot kept you company, the toilet flushed...

Inside sowing it's age and barely adequate conditions .Restaurant open half the week and one meal...
