This hotel is very deceptive from the outside, it looks like a rather run down building, but once you are inside its really lovely. My room was huge and very comfortable, with a massive spa bath and a proper Swedish style wooden sauna! Well worth putting on the list if you use the tunnel regularly. Well situated, restaurant nearby, very delightful owners. Quiet well appointed room, and a great breakfast. Easy to get on and off the road to the tunnel - an excellent find.

We stayed with our dog at this lovely hotel in the middle of Calais on our way back from Spain. Ideal for an overnight stay ready for an early morning ferry or Eurotunnel trip.The room we had booked was not available, so we were upgraded free of charge to a beautiful room, complete with a massive en suite with whirlpool...

If you thought Calais is not the best place to staythen think again. This bijou of a hotel is worth seeking out. Just a walk away from the centre not modern but full of taste and quality from the decor of the rooms to the fabulous breakfast. Pay a little extra for this and you wont be disappointed. Located a little bit out of the center in Calais, in a walking distance of approximately 15min. We only stayed for a night and didn't have any breakfast. The lady was very kind and helpful, she provided a map and information. The house in a calm area, beautiful and decorated with great taste. The room and the bathroom was also...
