Slightly away from the town and a short walk up a fairly steep hill but secluded and quiet and very welcoming. Lovely patio to have a late night beer by the pool or an early breakfast in the sun. Comfortable and ideal for a quiet romantic holiday location especially if you are lucky enough to get a room over looking... More

The good: 1) The hotel has a fabulous location 2) They have a very pleasant patio which you can use for a picnic lunch 3) It is a clean, reasonably comfortable budget hotel. The bad: 1) The staff speaks almost no English 2) The staff is untrained and clueless for offering even the most routine service (e.g. a free city... More

Right in the centre of town, it furnishes perfectly the needs of active tourists. our view from the terrace was over the old town and could not be better. Comfy, clean and easy parking facilities nearby. Breakfast is enjoyed at the alfresco joints along the waterfront. But what brings us to Cassis? Picture this..... In the distance the sea sparkles... This small hotel is in the center of lovely Cassis and that is the high point. The room serves the purpose of a clean bed in a good location. It was a last minute choice and we loved the location with pay parking. There was a decent breakfast for an additional charge . The couple that runs the hotel are... More

Very friendly staff, clean rooms but matelas are way too thin and we both had back pain over the week end, plus evey morning at 6am you can hear the garbage truck passing by and you cannot even open the window when it is hot as there are ducks making noise day and night. Sad because little is missing to... More

We had excellent stay at this wonderful property. It is ideally located in the heard of the old town of Cassis, very close to public beach and marina with shops and restaurants. The city of Cassis itself is charming and well worth overnight stay. The hotel is in very nice medieval style building with small undergoing parking. The area on... More

On a recent visit to Marseille, I decided to visit Cassis on the Cote D'Azur for a bit of beach time. I chose this hotel because of the price and the location on a map. I honestly couldn't have been happier with the location, it's just off the village square where there is a fountain, cafés, the occasional market and... More

Le Grand Jardin is located in the middle of Cassis. It takes 5mins max to get to the harbour and there are small shops and restaurants around. The hotel itself isn't very new or fancy at all, there's no elevator, the room has a carpet which smells a bit funny (like wet dog) and the door to the toilet doesn't... More

Very good location near the Cassis pier and near the quaint little square called Place de la Republique. Close to restaurants and shops on Victor Hugo and Quai des Baux. We found the facilities clean and adequate considering the price paid - Cassis can be pricey. We found a spot at a parking nearby with a bit of patience but... More
