This is a motel style hotel with secure parking. We stayed here to tour the Camargue and the surrounding area. Istres is an unattractive town, but the surrounding areas and small ports are very interesting. Arles is the star in the area and you should not miss a visit. Hotel staff were terrific and had losts ov experience of historical...

I failed to notice the limited check-in hours upon reserving and showed up an hour late. The gate was closed and I could not drive off the narrow street. The reception was closed but the manager eventually showed up and let me in. From there, everything was OK; excellent and friendly service, clean and comfortable room, reasonable location in town,...

This 2 star rated hotel provided the basic comforts for our visit to this region of Franc. There are very few amenities, basic breakfast, no evening meal or bar facilities. However the hotel is clean and the owner and his wife extremely nice people and very helpful with any queries we had. Both spoke perfect English. The hotel is situated...

We had a one night stay here as we passed through and were delighted with our choice. The owner was so friendly and helped us make the most of our short stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, everything you need and having gated parking was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked this as a cheap stop over on route to Nice from the UK as an alternative to the chains. The man on receptions was extremely helpful and could not do enough. The room was large and comfortable. It was easy to get to and easy walking distance into the town centre.

The hotel Manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel has secure gated parking with keypad access which is also used on the front door, and you had a sense this was required in Istres. The air conditioning was welcome, and the bed was comfortable. Good value as a stop over hotel. The bathroom was in serious need of refurbishment....

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Istres. The manager and his wife were more than accommodating to me and even went so far as to help me in finding an apartment! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean, calm, and inexpensive hotel. I would come back in a heartbeat.

I chose this hotel as I had a flight back from Marseille Airport next day, but did not want to stay in Marseille or near the airport. It was a very good choice. Arnoud, his wife and his 3 year old son own and run this lovely little hotel. Arnoud is extremely helpful, and provides maps, information, advice and his...
