We stayed at the hotel with skiweekends during half term week. I have to say I was impressed with the smooth running of coach and check in process enabling you to hit the slopes straight away. The French manager Frank could not be nicer. He is friendly ensuring his guests have everything they need - personally delivering extra towels to...

We stayed in the Hotel Le Verseau for a long skiing weekend in February 2016. Our room was basic but perfectly clean. We had an issue with our shower which was sorted out the moment we mentioned it. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed spending our nights sitting in the bar. The drinks in the bar were reasonably priced....

We stayed during Feb half term for the 2nd consecutive year. Although not run by young ski weekends staff as last year the hotel is fine - decent evening meal and very accommodating service though breakfasts are a bit basic - however you can have cooked for a few euros. Bar is good and reasonable prices for this area. Shame...

Hello, Thank-you very much for your feedback. All of your comments have been noted. As you are aware, the hotel is no longer under Skiweekends' management meaning that the band are no longer playing as regularly as they have done in the past. Excellent staff, food was great. We stayed half board for feb half term to ski. If you did not like the set main meal the manager would just offer to cook you something else. Superior to last year when ski weekends ran it with their own staff. This year ran by the owner and a completely different feel. Excellent service!

This was my second trip to this hotel and I must say, it was a real contrast to last year's visit. Firstly, the ownership of the hotel has changed. It is run by a pleasant French guy, who appears friendly. The fact is, his customer service is appalling and his staff are utterly useless. Rounds of drinks would always cost...

We have stayed in the hotel on ski breaks several times with Ski Weekends; the rooms are of a good size with plenty of room for drying damp gear and there's a good shuttle bus service. Previously we have always been impressed by the cheerful and helpful British staff but unfortunately they have all gone, taking the atmosphere with them,...

This is our fourth year back here and the most disappointing. We will not be coming back next season! The hotel lacks atmosphere and this is due to some obvious cost cutting, particularly with their staffing. Previously staff have been friendly and helpful, meeting our needs. This year the lack of staff in the restaurant and bar area has made...
