Staffs with not experience in serving and poor English. Give no clear information about ski storage facilities and provide no help to residence to know more about local amenities. Hall way smells. Room is in reasonable size and clean. No ski in ski out facilities.

On arrival the front entrance was full to the brim of rubbish containers, groups of youngsters smoking, the reception lounge and all areas around it were full of teenage groups laying on the floors filling every bit of floor whilst waiting for their transport which didn't clear until about 6pm. I am talking about Residence Belambra les bergers which is...

The booking in procedure was shambolic, no control or organisation. We felt as though French people were getting prefferential treatment. The rest of our stay was fine. We were happy with the facilities in the appartment,it looked that they had recently been re-furbished. They were so much better that the last time we spent a holiday in a Pierre Vacances apprtment.WE...

Had an apartment - 2 adults, 3 kids - had everything in that we needed, just big enough - wouldn't of wanted 5/6 adults in it tho. Could of done with some instructions for the microwave/grill/oven. Could do with a good deep clean, toilet area stank of pee! Furniture shabby and past its best. Bedding basic. Ski lockers in basement...

We've stayed in some lovely P&V places. This was distinctly average. It felt quite old & tired, & in need of refurbishment. Ski lockers were small, & no heating for ski boots. The staff were delightful, and we loved the resort, but we'd look to stay elsewhere next time.

Four of us stayed in an apartment here in January 2016, it was clean and tidy but was quite cramped for four of us! It was self catering which suited us perfectly as we spent a lot of time on the slopes and the shops were only a five minute walk away for supplies. There is also a restaurant in...

These apartments are very small. The studio for 3/4 is really only suitable for 2, whilst the one room apartment which is supposed to be for 6 is really only for 4. The rooms and corridors are very shabby and need refurbishment. The lobby and restaurant are very pleasant, and the pizza’s are good, and it very good that breakfast...

Fabulous stay here. Room was on 7th floor and slept 8, plenty of room. We had an upstairs with 4 beds and a double bed downstairs and could have had 2 beds if needed in lounge. Staff on reception spoke very good English and were very helpful. Manager was helpful and gave us a discount (my husband had booked us...
