We stayed at the eterlous for a week from Jan 7th 2017. First the good points, and there are many. The chalet has a massive area for guests to relax and have dinner. The chalet hosts were excellent. Both Izzy and Harvey were superb whenever we requested anything. The food was great. I enjoyed all the meals and the week...

The Chalet Hosts JP and Simon were EXCELLENT! The food was delicious, and they tailored meals for our two year old daughter which was a nice touch. The chalet is going through a renovation so some parts look a bit shabby around the edges, but this does not detract from the charm of the place at all. Les Bergers is...

A group of 10 of us took over Les Eterlous for a weeks skiing holiday. We were hosted by Skiworld - our chalet hosts were Simon and JP who really looked after us. The 3-course meals were exceptional. The Chalet has been improved - on the ground floor the rooms have been modernised and all have showers. However upstairs the...

Stayed here in December, lovely Chalet with the ground floor rooms having been refurbished, walk in shower, separate toilet in each room, comfortable beds. Only downside in room 1 is the small window that backs on to stairs going up to the next chalet. The lounge area is very spacious, it was previously a chalet for 32 and now is...

This is a 3 star chalet so we weren't expecting luxury but heating on the top floor would have been great. The extractor fan from the kitchen for some reason was incredibly noisy in room 10 on the 3rd floor. That aside, the chalet was great for our group of 27 (13 kids and 14 adults). Kids were fed first...

We stayed in Chalet Les Eterlous in February 2015 as a party of four adults; two in room 10 (twin with en-suite shower and separate toilet) and two in room 13 (large quad with en-suite bath and separate toilet). These were right at the top, no lift so a struggle with luggage and tiring at the end of the day....

This was an exceptionaly cheap ski holiday. However the food was excellent. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant. You can ski back and its only a short walk to the slopes. What more can you ask.

This place was pretty basic but decent value. The food was pretentious and I have no idea why these chalet company's don't just provide no fuss meals ie basic stews, pasta, chili etc. Wifi was hopeless and basically failed to work most of the time. Best boot room I've ever had and you can ski back to the front door. Short...

I always use ski world at least once a season and must say the accommodation on this trip was very disappointing. One of the reasons I booked the chalet was the log fire, this could not be used due to a problem with the ventilation. The Wifi has not worked all week and I believe this is an on going...

We visited the Chalet Les Eterlous in Alpe d’Huez as a family group of 10, four teenagers, two older children and four adults; for the first week of the season December 2013, as such we did not know what to expect from the staff but we were very quickly put at ease by the host Harry, Sarah Nancy and Max....
