Pros: - good location in Samoëns, close to yellow line bus stop for grand massif express lift - warm, heating always on - reasonably clean - quiet - shower was warm and powerful - provided with towels, soap and toilet paper (all be it, very thin) - after a long one-sided French conversation about, we think, renting ski lockers in advance, the owner gave us keys for a ski locker (as no skis/boots upstairs) Cons: - arrived during check in time, no one to greet us, all signs hand written in French - owner spoke next to no English so check in and queries were difficult - basic room with dated decor and very small plastic cabin “bathroom” - no curtains, even worse as we had a room with a street view - couldn’t connect to WiFi in rooms - no kettle in room As expected for cheap accommodation, though lack of curtains was a surprise, and very difficult if you can’t speak any French. Don't be misled bye my head line !!! Great hotel , great location right in the middle of samoens. Outdoor heated pool room small and in desperate need of a upgrade !! But had a charm that's missing in most hotels I've stayed at . Due to the lovely owner , the fab bread shop next door and the great bar/restaurant 50 yards away ! All made this a great place to stay while on the slopes 🏂

We stayed in the 4person studio apartment and our friends stayed next door in the 8person apartment. Absolutely perfect for us - clean, warm, central and very reasonable - a great base for a great weeks skiing
