Claims to have been refurbed but if it has, not to a high standard. When we arrived, several doors were broken, the fridge was broken, it is cramped, dingy, overlooking a noisy main road and the ski lift is a trudge away NOT as advertised a "short walk". There is no view.

This is a chalet which is essentially in the basement of another chalet, not quite what you may expect but the hosts were top notch. We stayed in this chalet as a group of friends for a week whilst skiing/snowboarding booked through Crystal ski. Rooms: The rooms were a decent size for sharing, and tend not to be used for...

Chalet staff Pablo & Christine were amazing, did everything they could to help. But they were let down by management and maintenance issues from December still not fixed! These two should be promoted and resort management replaced by them. The two hosts cooking was great and changed anything we didn't like! Room 2 & 3 have really bad damp and...

The good stuff: * Chalet staff were AMAZING (my familie's opinion)...particularly George, who couldn't have been more accommodating and eager to please. He went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. However, lack of decent training, poor communication and management caused a large number of complaints from residents. *Rooms ok for a 3* .we stayed In room...

Stayed here the week before Christmas with my boys. Pablo, George and David were clearly finding their feet but worked hard to take care of us and keep us well fed and watered. We took room 6 at the back which has less natural light than most maximum security cells but is plenty big enough for 3, en suite, and...

Stayed in Chalet Milou in March 2015. It's a beautiful cute little chalet with a log fire, warm, comfy and homely, pretty much ideal in fact for a couple. Only problem (and it was a big one) is that it is directly opposite some other chalets which are used to house bar and restaurant saissonaires, a mixed young bunch of...

First up, the good bits. The chalet is pretty well located just a few hundred metres from the centre of Le Lac, and across the road and down a small slope to the nearest lifts. The public rooms are fine, and there was loads of hot water- always important when skiing. The staff and food were also good (allowing for...

Stayed here in 1st week of Easter 2015 with my partner. Chalet Milou is single storey accommodation in the basement of an apartment block. There're 6 rooms for when we were there 14 guests. The place was clean and whilst basic the rooms were good enough to get a good night's sleep after a day's skiing. However if weather closes...

Myself and 3 mates stayed at Chalet Milou from the 24-31 January 2015. We were welcomed on the Saturday afternoon by Ross and Olly, who helped with our luggage and had hot drinks and warm cookies waiting for us. We very quickly settled in as the chalet was warm, clean and comfortable and got on great with others staying in...

We stayed here as a group of 10 in January 2015. The chalet is just large enough for 12 people although the beds are a bit basic - plenty of storgate space - bathroom not very plush. You only get 3 small towels so you might want to bring your own as well. They do change the towels mid week...
