Plus points : friendly staff. massive room. Massive bathroom. Clean. Modern decor. Negatives : lots of hairs in the towels, icky. Wifi didn't work. Very loud when windy. No buffet breakfast and the menu is expensive.

We choose this hotel as a last minute booking, and were not expecting much. How surprised we were by the quality, attitude of staff and the food. This is a great hotel just a little bit further out of the city, but well worth the effort.

We stayed here overnight as an alternative to airport accommodation. Gosh what a pleasant surprise we got when we walked in the door to our room. Clean, modern, spacious with a balcony and view over the lake. We were even more pleased when we dined in the restaurant, which offered an extensive menu, well executed. The staff were friendly and...

We had been placed at mecure caroline springs for 1 week due to some work being done to our home. We found it to be very clean welcoming, staff very helpful and rooms modern relaxing with lovely balconies and outdoor settings, we enjoyed some meals there and breakfast and many great coffees while enjoying a view of the lake.

Not wanting to stay in the city and commute out west every day, i was told about the Mercure in Caroline Springs as an alternate place to stay. What a perfect find! The hotel is not that old, and the rooms are ultra modern and clean with ample floor space. The bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was perfect....
