    Hi Tammie, would you mind telling me which aspect room 305 has? The view you talk about looks out to where? ski slope? over the pool? Also, do you know if the pull out couch is reasonably comfortable? We will have our 2 young children with us and that is where they will be staying if we choose this condo in January 2017
