The atmosphere is very friendly. Group cooking is fun. I can only stay positive things about this place. Easy walking distance to most places in the area. I will be back!

I've stayed in La Ventana twice now, and I love the town and the people it attracts. But I would not return to Kurt n Marina for several reasons: 1. one of Kurt's dogs bit my 12 year old son, who did not provoke her, and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Kurt did not even...

I spent 3 months at K N M's 2 winters ago in mt RV, I liked it so much I spent 3 1/2 months there this past winter. Having my RV parked 10 feet from the beach with all of the amenities was very nice(electricity, wifi, water and sewer). There is a great mix here of RVers, campers and hotel...

We spent a number of weeks at Kurt and Marina's in January and February. We found the location to be great, right on the beach and within easy walking distance to shops restaurants and other facilities. Kurt, Marina and their staff provide a laid back and friendly family atmosphere, and the big central palapa provides a great place to meet...

I stayed at Kurt-n-Marina's for a week at the tail end of the kiteboarding season. Like most others here, the main focus was on kiteboarding - and it was a blast. Kurt's place offers something for everyone, whether you're looking to tent at the beach, park your RV, or stay in a room. I stayed in one of the upper...

A kiteboarding vacation in Baja, Mexico. Thank you Kurt, Marina and Walkie. We slept well for a week, the beds were great and clean. The dish washing area at times was a bit dirty, so we washed dishes in our room. No big deal. The mountain bike had a flat tire, but I know Kurt will have it fixed soon....

Dishwashers has been added to the full time staff so future guests will not be expected to or be allowed to wash their dishes or cookware or clean up after meals or social gatherings. This is has been done in our continued effort to provide the best and most enjoyable place for all of our guests.

Good place overall (see above) just be prepared to pack like your camping. Shower in room has no pressure and takes awhile to warm up. Hotel has no coffee pot. Good wifi but no phones or tv.

Thank you for your good overall rating. In most of Mexico water pressure is supplied by roof top storage tanks, called "pilas" so your upstairs room had less pressure because of its close relationship to the Pila.. I am taking steps to increase the pressure for those upstairs rooms. Those rooms are also located further distance from the hot water...

I have been there twice camping. I like the open kitchen and the social opportunities to hang out with the rest of the vacationers. It is a great choice if you want to camp in La Ventana low key, but still want some amenities like the large open kitchen and wifi. Just fly down with your tent and sleeping bag...
