Flew to Cabo and rented a car fairly cheap. I stayed for 10 days in Dec. in a Baja-Style casita or Palapa (ocean view). Was comfortable and cleaned daily. Had wind everyday except 2 days in the middle of my trip which was relaxing on the beach. Highlight of the stay was a boat trip to the Island Cerralvo to...

We spent 5 nights at Palapas Ventana and were completely satisfied with our welcome and casita. I had requested a standard room where we would have to use the community shower, but they put us in their upgraded unit with a shower big enough for a family of 8. Zero water pressure but that's Baja. Well, at the end of...

Hi Diane- I am saddened to heart that you had a frustrating time. We have taken all of your experiences and discussed them with the staff. We pride ourselves on providing the best of baja and we don't like hearing that our guests didn't leave happy. Everything you said has been taken to heart and will not happen again. Thank...

The casitas are a round building with a comfortable king sized bed; the bathroom and shower are shared. The shared area was clean and well stocked, but none of the showers drained so you end up standing in backed up water; kinda gross. In the casita there was an extension cord to power a couple of devices and a couple...

First off, the staff was mostly great. Friendly and helpful, especially Irael, he was always ready to jump in and get whatever we needed. Siena was super friendly and fun. The place has got a great set up and grounds that are built on a steep dune that leads down to the beach. the casitas are cute and nice. Nothing...

Thank you for your honest review. Although we are saddened to hear you had a less than great experience, we will use this feedback to improve the level of service we provide. Our beach is less crowded than beginner areas, has one of the best waves in the bay, and has a kite attendant on the beach. We relocated your...

Good burgers, fries and seafood overlooking the Sea of Cortez.Friendly staff and just a very cute place. Easy walk down to the beach for a stroll after dinner. Good margaritas and a decent beer selection. They also have some rooms which we didn't stay in.

Literally where do I start with the superlatives. Every activity you need for the baja, great kiting with someone always there to help out. Paddle boarding, snorkeling, storage at the beach for your gear. Cascade kiting is setting up shop for the winter for anyone who needs instruction. Spearfishing and surf trips are easily organized and it is easy to link up...

We actually didn't stay here but just ate...twice! The owner? manager? Isrrael was very pleasant, helpful and over all made us feel welcome. We had lunch which was super fresh, yummy fish for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed the kite boarders doing their thing in front of us and enjoyed the sunrise the next morning for breakfast. Next time,...
