Stayed for three nights. The room was good and up to the usual standard for this chain. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Expected to be disturbed as we were in a room right above the entrance but were pleasantly surprised that there was no noise issue and we slept very well. Will...

Great welcome. The room as always was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep I've had in ages. Breakfast was excellent and cooked exactly to my order as I like it! Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We wanted somewhere to stay overnight, after a trip into London, to see a show. This was ideal as it was a 20 min walk to the tube, yet it was in a quiet location, very clean and comfortable, and felt secure.

Stayed here for 4 nights so we could go sight-seeing in London with our son. Very comfy beds, friendly staff & an ideally located for the tube. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - highly recommended.

Clean, friendly staff. Will definately stay there again. Good value for money, easy access and parking facilities with a car and only 10 mins walk to the London Underground Central Line. Free internet was good enough for messaging, skype, whatsappp etc. A faster connection possible with a paid upgrade

Having stayed at the Premier Inn, Gatwick a couple of years ago my wife and I chose to stay at this one in Loughton/Buckhurst Hill. To say we were disappointed is an understatement, it was nothing like our previous experience. we stayed for 6 nights in Loughton The room was small and dingy, there were very little facilities for clothes...

Hi I'm really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. Our room sizes can vary across our hotels, apologies you found the room too small on this occasion. It's also a shame to hear the heater wasn't working during your stay. I've now passed this on to the Operations manager who will work alongside the Maintenance team to...

My wife and I stayed two nights in this hotel last weekend. We chose it because of its proximity to the tube station at Buckhurst Hill with easy access to Stratford and the Olympic Velodrome where we were going to watch the London Six Day race. We were not disappointed. On registering on Saturday night we were impressed with the...

Functional hotel, pretty miserable rooms, far too small for a family though considered to be 'family rooms'. No wardrobes, no luxuries, but clean and serviceable. Great location for the Central Line and the most friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely use again, but perhaps take two rooms rather than a family room for our family with two kids.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. They even managed to arrange some good weather for us. A bit frustrating that selfish people parked in the disabled bays but that's not really the problem of the hotel as they have two bays and that is usually enough.
