25 unique rooms in a REAL castle! Choose your room when you book. They're all different. And every room INCLUDES breakfast buffet, a four-course dinner in the restaurant, a bottle of house-made sherry wine in the room, the beer and waters and juice in the minibar, and a small plate of fruit refilled daily! Breathtaking, fascinating, magical. The staff, property, gardens are truly the most incredible property that we've ever stayed at. The inclusive dinner was fabulous. The breakfast fantastic, views incredible. The rooms are so special with an inclusive minibar and wonderful never ending Sherry.

We absolutely loved the castle. The staff was excellent. We spent a lot of time exploring the grounds, which were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. We did not eat dinner there, as it did not come with the room cost.

I had sticker shock at first, but considering that the price includes a breakfast buffet and four-course dinner for two, it's certainly worth it! We ended up adding extra nights and the staff was incredibly helpful. We had to switch rooms from #35 to #29 (actually a blessing since we got to experience a different, but equally gorgeous, view) and...

There is a bit of a trek up to the hotel from the lot, but they will help. The room itself was bit quirky and we had two twin beds pushed together, not ideal, but I doubt they could have gotten a queen mattress up the stairs. That and the lack of an elevator were the only reasons we did...

Put a stay at this amazing hotel on your bucket list ! This place is straight out of a fairytale. Our room was just beautiful with spectacular views of the Rhine from our balcony. Loved the bathroom hidden behind the bookcase! Our meal in the restaurant with matching wines was magnificent and breakfast was also very good. Make sure you...

A thousand years old, then in the hands of the Dukes of Schonburg for ages, burnt down and left in tatters for two centuries - and then rebuild by a Mr Rhinelander to a quality fit for a king (and his queen). It is magnificent. The four course dinner and excellent wine list as well as the buffet breakfast compliments...

Service, food and hotel were outstanding. If you really want to feel like a king or queen this is the place. There is even a small museum on site. The views are outstanding and the rooms are incredible.

From arrival to departure we felt spoiled. We had Room 13, which I believe is the largest, and has two outdoor areas for relaxation. So incredible to start our journey in Europe at this amazing location. The highly rated dinner did not disappoint - beautiful, inventive, delicious! Truly relaxing walking the gardens and simply sitting on our balcony admiring the...

This is my second time staying at the castle -- the first was over a decade ago, and it was so magical I knew I needed to take my wife so she could experience it on my second trip back to Germany (her first.) I decided to splurge slightly for one of the tower rooms with a balcony and view...
