You get what you pay for in this place, which is not an awful lot. The minusses in this averagish guesthouse outweigh the plusses: - Quite small room, w/o more than a chair to sit on. No room to place more than one suitcase. - Queenish bed that's too soft, featuring cheapish bedclothes. Choice of pillows, neither one meeting modern...

My husband and I had an enjoyable stay here. We had a room with a balcony which was nice. The breakfasts were typical German breakfasts and were good. The shower pressure was amazing! The room was a tad dated it felt a bit worn, but very clean and neat. The owner was fantastic in giving us information, tips on travelling...

The guesthouse is easy to find and located around 1 hour drive from Konigsee. Our double room is big and comfortable with colorful set of towels and a really really classic radio clock by the bed. We stayed for 2 nights in a one of the very comfortable and clean queen bedrooms with LCD satellite TV. Hotel is family run and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Were able to choose room we liked best. Breakfast is typical German fare and excellent. Additional to the room rate is the city's obligatory "Kurtaxe" which includes free...
