This hotel is really nice and our room had a beautiful view from the balcony towards Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed so we could not try it.

Good basic hotel in a great location. We walked from hotel to Neuschwanstein castle. It was an easy 30 minute walk to ticket office. Our room was a decent size with a modern bathroom. We had a balcony with view of the castle. It was very pretty lit up at night. Breakfast was good in a charming breakfast room. They even...

I would highly recommend this place the service was very friendly they were able to understand English and they speak English very clear, the rooms were very clean and you can tell that they have been recently remodeled all up-to-date facilities in each one, very nice bike path nearby, 4 miles from the nearby castle of Neuschwanstein.

This nice, small, family-owned and operated hotel is located between Schwangau, Hohenschwangau (Neuschwanstein!), and Fussen. This is the kind of hotel I suspect most folks picture when they think of a nice Bavarian or Tyrolian guest house. Plenty of parking; easy to find, and the views are spectacular. You can literally see Neuschwanstein perched high on the hill from some...

Wonderful family owned business, with a great location and very good service! We had a view of both castles from our balcony and the dinner patio, and the food was very good. The bathrooms were newly remodeled and very clean, as was the entire establishment. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We really enjoyed the stay. The location is fantastic and the service was good. It was considerate that the hotel made provision for check in at the late hour when we were arriving. Also, the breakfast was very nice and gave a good feeling about the day ahead. We shall visit again and recommend to friends and family.

I've travelled all over the world and no room I have ever stayed in can compare to the view out my rooms window....Neuschwanstein! Sleeping under the majesty of this architectural dream is the stuff dreams are made of! The hotel is clean, comfy and inexpensive but the view was priceless! Initially the breakfast spread looked meager but our hosts surprised...

The staff here are wonderful! They made sure that your room was perfect and clean. On top of that, the views from the rooms are awe inspiring!! It's secluded enough that you feel relaxed, but close enough to the train station to get to other places.
