We stayed as a group of 8 at Le White over the 2023 New Year period, Laura, Thomas and the entire team were excellent hosts and delivered outstanding service and attention to detail. The Hotel is truly boutique and has some very stylish touches. It’s a very short walk to the gondola and the charming Champéry Village with easy access to the Portes du Soleil ski area. The food at 42 was amazing and worthy of a Michelin star. The snow wasn’t the best and we only managed 4 days skiing, however, this was no fault of Le White and I’m sure if they could have arranged more snow they would have. If you want somewhere chic, boutique and real quality we would highly recommend this hotel.
Superb hotel, great location, amazing views and super friendly, helpful and professional staff, I loved everything and would definitely return. My room had a breathtaking view over the mountains and was very stylish with a really comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly, she showed me all the hotel facilities and also gave me lots of information about the village and getting around and took me outside to show me the ski bus stop and the Main Street. I was offered a hot chocolate and cookies on arrival which was a lovely touch. I appreciated all the little extra details and the slippers and bathrobe for the sauna and spa room and especially the included breakfast which was excellent. If you’re skiing, the ski bus stop which goes to the cable car is just outside the hotel. The village centre is 5 minutes walk and if you don’t have skis to carry the cable car is about a 12 minute walk and there’s a great restaurant at the top. The train arrives at Champery village station which is opposite the hotel. I travelled from Geneva airport by train in 2.5 hours. The train ride is stunning with the mountain views as you climb up towards Champery. Congratulations to the owners and the staff, you have created a beautiful and welcoming hotel.…
Stayed in Champery on business. Excellent staff and a terrific breakfast. It is a great hotel. No need for a load of blah blah blah Thank you Need 200 characters for a good report. YES IT WAS FINE THANK YOU!.
Very well appointed. Very clean and modern. Exactly as it looks in the photos. Excellent helpful staff, particularly the manager. Terrific range of choices for breakfast. The restaurant in November was closed due to it being well out of season and actually the other restaurants in Champery took it in turns to open so we could always eat well in the evenings. Very very good value for money. If I was in Champery for the skiing then I would probably stay at Le White.
Modern, comfortable room, shower in bath, nice view and balcony, nice staff, a very good breakfast and parking in front of the hotel. For activities you will need transport because it is at the end of the village.
We enjoyed our last minute trip here for a ski weekend in February. All very efficient in the booking and friendly check in. We had two adjacent double rooms for our family with balcony as promised and all was very smart. I like the decor - winter white chalet bling! The view from the balcony is incredible, but I was bothered a bit at night by traffic noise from the road that sweeps past which I hadn’t expected in a little village (the hotel is right on the edge of the village). On the other hand you can walk to everything and we were very happy to stroll down at night to the “partner” restaurants (instead of hotel dining which is allowed whilst restaurants are otherwise closed) to have a meal out in these COViD times . Good that the village restaurants got to operate in this way. We chose to have breakfast delivered to the room and it was delicious and fresh with very generous portions. Handy little ski room and the bus to the ski lift stops outside. It was our first visit to the village and the whole trip was very pleasant/hotel staff very efficient . We would definitely come back to the hotel.…
We were delighted with our room, which was ready early (we were lucky), the sauna, the breakfast and also the opportunity to go to a restaurant! We had a really lovely stay - staff were lovely, especially the gentlemen who dealt with breakfast. We’d love to go back!
Located at the village entrance this hotel turned out to be a good choice. Welcome is friendly and efficient and our room, although not very large, was nicely equipped, including excellent bedding, and very clean and quiet. WiFi ok. Breakfast was of good quality and served at the table or in room. There is a (very) small sauna (unfortunately with no relaxation seats inside) and a nice bar. Altogether, and even if the price is a bit high, it turned out to be a good deal, for the quality and because btrakfast was included. Free parking. Would return.
Amazing staff, the breakfast is very good and served at the table to avoid contamination due to Covid-19 situation. The room is very clean, and the location is perfect for summer hiking and for taking dinner in the village!
Super friendly hotel with stylish decor, comfortable rooms and lovely views. Nice little sauna to help with aching legs, sunny breakfast room and terrace, and cosy little grotto bar area. Great view over the mountains too (worth springing for room with a view).
