The family stayed here for 6 days of skiing. The family room comprised of 2 separate bedrooms and a decent sized bathroom. The furniture/layout was very functional and the décor was modern, a refreshing change from pine. There was a large balcony, with a table and chairs with a good view across the park area. Storage room was rather limited for 4 skiers though.
The restaurant served an excellent breakfast and offered lunch to order and an extremely good value for money dinner. Adjacent to that was a lounge area with large comfortable chairs and sofas, and plenty of board games.
The staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
The hotel had its own parking and was a short, 5 min walk to the town centre with its many shops and restaurants.
The only downsides were (a) the boot room, which was chaotic, with no practical means of drying ski boots and (b) the 15 min walk (uphill) in ski boots carrying skis to the main cable car.

Located along the golf course, hotel Elite has a very welcoming lounge area to chill out and enjoy the beautiful view of the Alps. Rooms have been recently renovated and offer all comfort. including a terrace overlooking the scenery, Good breakfast and outdoor pool that is also a great plus to enjoy! a place with a soul to enjoy a feel of being home whenout of home!

Very neat, spacious, very well equipped and very well located. Wish the rooms a little bigger. Great breakfast and very courteous staff. Big parking space and very well located. The view of golf course and mountains is amazing

The service and reception were perfect. The rooms and bathrooms were nicely done. Brand new redone rooms and bathrooms. Great view on the golf course
The breakfast was average and can improved with minimal additions like a proper coffee machine and better quality breads and pastry.
One major complaint is the heat in the rooms. We had 4 rooms in the hotel and none of us could sleep at all. I personally slept from 6-7AM. I understand that you cannot put AC in the rooms but with the heat during the last few summers, you need to provide fans for the rooms and light sheet covers for the beds.
I do hope this helps you improve the stay of your customers.

First thing, the owner lady is very sweet. She is always smiling and makes you comfortable. The rooms have excellent view and beds are super comfortable and rooms clean. Breakfast is good. Do try the home made fruit jam, I especially loved the coffee. The location is very central and walking distance from major shopping area.

I spent a few nights in this hotel at the start of the ski season. I was impressed from the start with the bright, modern, welcoming decor and the friendly, efficient staff who answered all the obvious questions (wifi code...) before I asked them. Rooms were comfortable and spacious with fabulous views across the valley and powerful hot shower. Also rooms nice and airy - not too hot, not too cold. Efficient lift, fast wifi, great breakfast, short walk to town centre and ski lifts - just gets everything right.

I used to stay several times at the Hotel Elite in the past, but back recently I was really surprised and seduced by the quality of the change ! I knew that some works were being done but was not expecting such an impact ! A completely different atmosphere, with lot of light, simple but excellent taste, including references to the region (definitely loved the shower decoration ...). And watching the mountains directly from your bed is real luxury. We were there for a friend's birthday party, efficiently managed and organized by the hotel team. I recommend the place with pleasure, in a quiet and peaceful environment, even if walking distance from the city center.

It’s the 5th year we’re stayed at Elite hotel. It got recently refurbished with a beautiful lobby area and the rooms. Despite its conveniently location near the city center, it’s very calm and offers a magnificent view over a golf and the mountains. The rooms are tidy and well equipped. In addition, the owner Veronique is sympathetic. Can’t wait for our next visit.

We had the most amazing innkeepers...so wonderful! Our group took up the entire hotel and they really took care of us! The food was amazing...we had breakfast and dinner there all 3 days...but THE BEST PART was the views!! The most incredible views of The Swiss Alps...we spent hours sitting on our balcony taking it all in! So breathtaking!!! We even got pictures of a double rainbow after a little shower!!! Great job Hotel Elite!!!

When we checked in, the front desk lady was crabby and unwelcoming. She obviously does not like Americans. At meals, the server also had the same attitude - not welcoming at all. We used plastic glasses for drinks - not very classy. Rooms were straight out of IKEA and very minimalistic. Not a good experience.
