Comfortable, traditional style, excellent location with wonderful views towards the glaciers, Allalinhorn, Alphubel and the Mischabel range. The family are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also excellent.

We have loved our stay here. The staff are very friendly, the room is beautiful and the meals are delicious. Just to start with - the breakfasts are a cut above the norm. Besides your usual Swiss food - they have had bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit salad, and some kind of sweet oatmeal that was delicious. Plus a large selection... More

Stefan and Evelyn are absolutely delightful and run this central family hotel as perfect hosts. They watched over us during the storm when we were up on the hill in the last week and made the stay so enjoyable. Trust the natives to know the shops hotels and what to do and not do. Thanks again and see you soon.

Spent a great weekend here. 20m to the slopes, really friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful - we asked when check out was and was told that they didn't need the room, so we could leave our things and have a shower when we got back from skiing! Good breakfast with freshly-made smoothly. Good wifi. Will come back... More

Loved this hotel. It is family owned and run by a lovely friendly couple. We were picked up and dropped off at the bus station on arrival and departure (Saas Fee is car-free but many hotels have electric vehicles). The hotel has a cosy, traditional feel (lots of wood) but still felt fresh and was spotlessly clean (very Swiss!). Our... More

This is an excellent find - a very pleasant, spacious hotel, rooms with fantastic views up the valley towards the peak and glaciers, with a warm welcome from the Schnyder family who own it. The hotel is traditional in style, but decorated with a light, agreeable touch. The room was spacious and comfortable; I slept very well. The wifi is... More

Booked this hotel at the last moment for a ski trip. Nice hotel about 5 mins walk from the city centre and yet very quite. The hosts were wonderful and always very helpful. Rooms are tidy and decent size. The breakfast is basic. I asked whether i can check out late as we were supposed to ski on the last... More

We chose this hotel upon recommendation by another hotel that had to close for renovation during the time we wanted to be in SaasFee. Jaegerhof is situated towards the upper end of town, 5 minutes passed the church. It is family operated. The food and the service is excellent. The rooms are updated and modern with a balcony overlooking the... More

We chose this hotel for its location on the higher, sunnier side of the village. We had a good sized room and a large balcony with a gorgeous view over the slopes. The walk to the hotel is very doable. We were taken from the bus station to the hotel by their electric car and were instantly welcomed by the... More
