This is such an amazing place and the hotel was perfect. Walk everywhere and the views are over the top. The staff at the hotel was super accommodating. The room clean, simple and very large. The patio off the room was huge so perfect for gazing at the city and having wine.

At a short notice ,booking at very reasonable prices we were warmly welcomed upon our arrival in Saas Fee by the maneger at the car terminal and were taken by buggy to the hotel as Saas Fee is a car free mountain town. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and the room were very clean , traditionally...

We really like this small family hotel. Nice rooms, clean, top service. Well situated offer also a practical ski storage. They come to pick you up with the electric bus at the main parking. Not a big walking distance to reach ski installations.

Stayed in a superior room that was huge. (we could even park our car in the room but on the 3rd floor and in a car free town this is not an option :) ) Very nice breakfast and incredible nice and friendly staff. Our stay was really perfect. The "spa" area has a small sauna and hammam as well...

We have already booked our third stay for our third year in a row! That says it all! Great family run hotel. Cosy and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location right in the heart of the village. A real gem!

We spent 2 nights in this nice family property. The hotel and room are in very good condition and the service is personalized and very professional. You feel at home in the Swiss mountains. Saas Fee is a beautiful Swiss mountain village and the hotel is 5-10 min walk to the lifts. A lot of good restaurants. No cars. You...

Pros: Nice and clean room, very hospitable hosts that explained everything about Saas-Fee and its sightseeings, gave a lot of good advices how to spend time in the town. Nice view from the room window. The room price wasn't expensive. Cons: Breakfast wasn't so rich, bathroom fan was a bit noisy.

The hotel is globally acceptable, but the absence of restaurant is quite embarrassing: half of the restaurants in town are pizzerias, the other half offer Valais specialties: cheese, cheese and cheese. If we return to Saas Fee, we will opt for a classical half board formula, which means: elsewhere!

My wife came here for our Honeymoon. The staff spoke english very well and were very helpful with any questions we had. When we first arrived in Saas Fee, we called the hotel on the phone in the bus station and they sent an electric shuttle to pick us and our luggage up. The location is very centralized and close...
