We arrived at the hotel very late, the host was kind enough to give us a tour of the hotel and showed us all the facilities including the laundry, she made us feel like home. There were some glitches with the key access but it was quickly resolved. The hotel has all the basics at very affordable price. I only... More

This cost saving hotel gave us the best meal we had in Switzerland. The host cooked us a local specialty dinner that was incredible. He also was very helpful in planning our trip into Zermatt. The hotel allows you to leave your vehicle in their parking lot (underground and secured) after you check out so we could spend the morning... More

The hotel is the first when entering Tasch. It has several properties at the both sides of the road. They offer free and secured underground parking, wellness center and free breakfast. We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor. The room is spacious but a little bit old, found some bugs in the bathroom... If staying less than 7... More

Someone told me to choose Tasch to Zermatt from economic point of view. Therefore I selected this place. While searching Tasch Hotels, I just came across Aparthotel Monte Rosa and booked an apartment. We were so happy with our selection, that I would like to visit Switzerland again just to stay in Aparthotel Monte Rosa. The hotel had an excellent... More

We stayed here in July for only one night. Rooms are somehow outdated, but they compensate greatly by cleanliness. Excellent! Reception was in the restaurant and apparently we came too early. It was 1200pm and checkin starts at 1400h. The girl at the reception was unimpressed by all arguments I brought in discussion. Checkin before 1400h not possible / to... More

A friend and I had signed up for the Zermatt Ultra Marathon and chose this hotel to avoid the high prices at Zermatt hotels. We did not expect a great deal but the hotel (and the personel working there) was a great, positive surprise. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean; the view from the hotel was excellent (we could... More

The owner is very nice and he takes a personal interest in each guest. I read a previous review here, but what that guest didn't like is what we did like. The room was underground, but we found it interesting to learn that it was a bomb shelter during the war. You go through a series of enormous thick heavy... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our trip to Zermatt from here. We had emailed in advance to say we may arrive late, and were offered option to collect key. However we did arrive just in time for the reception to close. And were dealt with by the owner himself. He took time to show us to the... More

Good hotel. Great accommodations for the price. We stayed two nights in a 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen. Our German family friends had taken another set. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner was very warm and nice. was very friendly and gave good advice on the likely weather in town as well as in the higher altitudes and when... More

This hotel was an unpleasant surprise. We arrived around noon, so we went to the hotel's restaurant, and sat down at a table. An employee was at the bar, but never said a word to us. After sitting at the table for quite a while, my husband got up, walked to the bar, and asked about a menu. At that... More
