My partner and I stayed here with our 3 year old son and had a fab weekend! The owners are helpful and friendly and supplied us with maps and local attraction information upon arrival. The facilities on site are some of the cleanest I have come across! The toilet and shower block was immaculate, and even included hair dryers! The...

What an absolutely lovely campsite, the owner is really friendly and welcoming, the site is extremely well maintained, with nice screened pitches, the loo and shower facilities are absolutely spotlessly clean, obviously the owner takes a great pride in the general appearance of the whole site, would I recommend, definitely, will we return, without any doubt at all, all in...

Nice camp site with clean toilets and showers. The grass in our field was a bit too long not great for damp September mornings, we had a great time and would return. Good value for money. Matlock only a couple of miles away.

We camped here in a tent for 3 nights, the farm is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside and views if you take a walk or bike around the lanes. The site was clean and the facilities were excellent, there was even a hairdryer available free. It's a quick drive to Matlock and there's plenty to see and do in...

Great facilities, wonderful location, Lovely warm welcome. I can't praise this place enough, will certainly return in the future. The toilet and shower block is heated, several very clean pot washing sinks, bricks available for your bbqs, drinking water located at several points and it's a massive plus to be able to take the dog. Close to Matlock, Carsington water,...

A last minute decision after a failed Welsh camp due to the weather... We love this place. Facilities were excellent. . Showers hot n free.. toilets clean and fresh. Pitches varied in size from very large to 2/3 man tent size. Most with EHU. Sheltered by well laid out hedges and trees. The owner is friendly and approachable yet doesn't...

Lovely break with our family , our second visit to the site. Apologies to anyone we disturbed the first night for our little Grandson who was upset and poorly, however they decided to leave the next day as only fair and been a perfect chilled break with excellent, clean facilities and staff/owners. A lovely friendly campsite will return!

The facilities were ok however the plots were very close to each other. There was loud pumping music until gone midnight and then started again at 7.30am, not really the relaxing and family friendly campsite we thought we were going to.

“Make sure you keep your receipt. It's attached to a very useful pitch map. Have a walk round and earmark your best pitch for next time. Also useful phone number on the reverse. Taxis, pubs, restaurants, leisure centres etc. Nice touch.”
