We stayed one night at the Wallawwa on our way to Galle. Wallawwa is a small but charming hotel. We didn't get to use all the hotel facilities, but we did enjoy our short stay. Top notch service and staff. Perfect place for anyone wanting to avoid going into Colombo city.

We stayed here for our first night stay on our 10 days sojourn in Sri Lanka. It is a hotel between woods. Nice place to relax and do nothing. There is not much to do here except a small pool. Food is decent. Staff is very helpful. The resort manager was always willing to help. I have not given 5...

Beautiful property, with stunning private garden and pool amidst the jungle trees. Amazing food, every meal was a delight and could not decide what to choose from a well curated menu! Spa treatments also excellent and great value, recommend the Facial! Can't wait for my next visit.

We didn't spend much time here as we flew in late (it's close to the airport) and left the next morning, but waking up in their very comfy beds and well appointed room was great. Breakfast was generous and delicious and we had a quick dip in their great pool before heading out.

Nestled in a quiet location, this boutique hotel is perfect to unwind. This was our first stop having just flown 21 hours. The natural beauty abounds everywhere one looks. The cuisine is wonderful also. It is close to attractions, but one would never know a city is nearby. There is internet, minibar, small frig, robes. Great, friendly service.

We stayed at the Wallawwa for one night during our trip to Sri Lanka organised by Imagine India. We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is fairly small and has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the food, the various Sri Lankan curries from the dinner menu were amazing!

We had a garden room which was very spacious, spotless and a stunning bathroom. The food was great, and the staff professional and friendly. We had arranged a transfer from the Airport, and this was not much more than 30 minutes, so it's handy location for your first or last night in Sri Lanka.

Wallawwa boutique home so secluded and private and we stayed there when we arrived as we do not plan to enter Colombo city and its so near the airport like little less than half an hour. A very pretty cosy place with lovely garden n very private to rest. Bedroom was big and tastefully furnished and bathroom was huge. We...

Our first stay, fresh off the plane and it set the scene for a wonderful tour of Sri Lanka that included several 'hotels to die for', of which this was one! I'd love to say we both enjoyed it but sadly my wife went straight to hospital for treatment of a kidney stone. Regardless - what a place to convalesce!...

I have rarely come across a hotel property that can cater for so many different categories of guests. The Wallawwa is ideal for a couple wanting to relax for a few days. It is also ideal for a group of friends to unwind and also ideal for a young family. It is also a perfect pitstop for a night as...
