The restaurant, in predominantly white and yellow colours, looked very fresh and was quite large. The furniture was upholstered in very light beige fabric.
The first evening we chose from the fairly limited menu pasta with cheese, spaghetti, green pasta with scampi, 3 types of pasta. The second day 2 times carpaccio, green pasta and entrecote. With a prosecco and delicious Primitivo di Puglia, it cost €125. Tasty but not more.
The breakfast in the adjacent room was extensive, with toast, vegetables, home-baked pancakes, different types of bread and sweets, eggs, fruit juices, fruit, really great.

Excellent location, just 10 minutes from Bari, a very well-kept hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff.
On the evening of arrival, given the time, we had dinner in their restaurant and well the cuisine was truly top notch. The dining room staff, both in the restaurant and in the breakfast room, were attentive and courteous. Excellent quality-price relation.
I highly recommend it. 👍

we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we were assigned quadruple room N.308 on the third floor.
the room, basic and clean, consisted of 2 separate bedrooms plus a bathroom.
Courtesy set present and soaps also present in the shower.
the breakfast is good, and the good thing is the hood which is not the one from the vending machines.
friendly staff, both at reception and in the dining room.
the hotel is convenient as it allows you to save money and is only 15 minutes from Bari. we paid 105 euros with breakfast included.
a piece of advice: the navigator made us go with the car along the municipal road.
avoid it because it is full of potholes and your car could break.
A note: temperatures had dropped that day. I would have liked to find the warmer room...

if you don't have a motor, change the area, as you won't have the opportunity to leave this remote village in the evening since the transport doesn't arrive.
We recently returned from this nightmare that lasted 5 nights, but was softened by the good company of friends.
We opted for a half board package, i.e. breakfast and dinner.
The first dinner was fine. As well as underlining the goodness and quality of the dishes. Waiting staff attentive, helpful and ready to replace empty water bottles.
But from the second dinner the service begins to decline drastically until it reaches the bottom on the last evening, in which the dining room staff, evidently tired and fresh from events that have occupied them during the evenings, lose their clarity and are unable to keep up to our requests Bottles of wine requested several times and never received.
What never misses a beat is the kitchen again, with its dishes it keeps those disastrous evenings afloat.
Let's then move on to the cleaning of the rooms: here the worst of the worst
beds unmade and never arranged except by covering the mattress with the sheet.
Speaking of the towel service, nothing to say, always clean and fragrant linen, passed with flying colors.
Only sore point in the bathroom was the hairdryer or what it looked like.
It is not possible that in 2024 there are still "tubes" that emit hot air and for me, who have long hair, it was a huge problem to be able to dry it.
The owner of the building is also available
Another point against it was the following
during the last evening the receptionist suspended the lift, as usual
but first he didn't make sure it was empty.
In fact, three of our travel companions were stuck inside for well and I underline 30 minutes. Finally none of the three suffer from claustrophobia otherwise all hell would have broken loose.
In the meantime, the receptionist kept repeating that the keys were not in their place, perhaps they had been moved while he was hastily trying to make up for something missing.
In conclusion, hotel to be rejected despite the 4 stars and favorable reviews

Valenzano can be easily reached even if it is at the end of a maze of roads with little traffic.
The hotel is part of a large residential complex from which it however remains very distinct.
Quiet area with no problems whatsoever,
Room (306) very clean, large spacious bathroom, TV with Sky sports and safe.
Two nights, excellent rest, I would have also liked a softer pillow but due to laziness and tiredness I didn't even ask for it.
Buffet breakfast truly for all tastes, complete and with very friendly staff
I thank the concierge Dario who did his utmost to find a good accommodation for me even though there was a large group who had practically plundered the rooms.
Insignificant expense for a 4 star

Many thanks for helping to make our stay unforgettable.
Room neat and clean very well, convenient underground parking served by two columns of spike elevators.
We recommend, my wife Debora Longo and I, this hotel also for the right price per night, considering the many services offered
Strategic point to visit Bari and coastal and inland areas.
Hotel has internal parking where you can leave your car in peace
Really a nice structure
