Sea Falcon hotel is old hotel sixties for sure, he needs some refresh, but it s situated in a really quiet place for Pattaya Area with some cheap and local restaurant and shop... Running by a Thai familly since 30 years, the service is a plus, great quality, the staff is really friendly, reall good breakfast on the hotel terrace directly on the beach... I hate Pattaya and i stayed there because it s really close to the both kite center of Na Jomtien Beach. Hight Five.

Nice rooms, good sea view balconies , a bit overpriced for what you get, good breakfast included , 500 bht for taxi into or out of Pattaya , good place to relax nice beach but not a lot of eating and drinking options

We had a marvelous dinner on this restaurant , just beside the beach. We came in and thought that it seemed a little worn out, but surprise...... excellent food and nice people..... We ordered lobster and that was more than good..the dessert, Irish Coffee was one of the best ever and we have tried a few in our lifetime. They made this, so that we saw everthing. We did also order a good dessert with pineapple that they also flambeed beside our table...Nice evening...

Clean, budget hotel 20-30 rooms only away from the main life of Pattaya by just 15km. So yes would need a car or rent a motocycle.
Why great, because you have access to a clean beach, at that price unbeatable !
Also good breakfast and directly on the beach.

Cannot fault the hospitality of this sea front small guesthouse. We enjoyed the food, the views from our balcony and the restaurant.The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Juice went out of her way to be so helpful. The only downside for us was no baht buses to run to Jontien or Pattaya, as we had no transport of our own, The main road is about 1km from the hotel, a bit too far for me to walk, but the hotel would ring for a taxi anytime about 300 baht one way to Jontien or Pattaya. Very peaceful and quiet, great getaway from it all location.

Little gem 50 meters from the beach. Nice view from the balcony. Nice breakfast by the beach. Very nice and clean beach with its own sunbeds and umbrellas. Small family hotel that is easy to like.
