Cool and pleasant forestry atmosphere. Each cottage situates under shade of trees. Expected bugs and mosquito but was disturbed by none. Room was clean. Outdoor shower was nice with small gardening. Pool water could be more clean tho.

We were here for a gala dinner with a huge group of people. The place is lovely, with beautiful landscapes all across the property. The dining area by the water has various options - beach, pool, parapet walls et al. The food was delicious, and the service was good.

Be warned!!!!Completely run down property which has seen better days. Everything except inside the huts are run down or in disrepair. Most of the resort is made of wood including the roof and almost the whole thing is rotten or worn out. Swimming pool is good but no safety warning though it is quite deep at one end and no one around to supervise. Very close to beach but beach itself is hardly good as it ends few hundred meters both ways and many places rocky. There are hardly any guests- understandably. I was sitting on a rocking chair and it broke and I landed on the floor! We paid 50000 THB for 4 days which is 4 times more than what we paid for a suit room in Evergreen Hotel (5*) in Bangkok with breakfast. Even the neighbourhood is equally run down. So if you are looking for a happy holidays, avoid this place!

We just spent four days in their "Superior" cottage. What a disaster. They make you pay for everything. Even things they promise you are free. When we arrived we were advised that there would be free internet service in the lobby. But when we wanted to use it, they tried to to charge us for it. Room service---Beware the prices on the menu. They won't be the same as the prices they charge you when they deliver the food. Too bad for us. The resort is far from any restaurant so they charge whatever they want. The "Superior" cottage was supposed to have a room safe. Nope. None there. No matter how hard we looked. The room was dark, dinky and noisy. Staff starts work around 5:30 am and they congregate around that area making noise and joking around. I lost it one morning a little after 6 when one of their trucks didn't start right outside the room and they continued cranking it for 15 minutes. They had a special Songkarn dinner. Of course several items on the menu weren't available. The reception staff is surly. Too bad because the resort is on a nice piece of land and there are a few lovely employees.. I certainly won't go back. Four star resort...No way. It's a 2 star.

Good location on the beach, as for the rest, everything is overpriced,
resort is quite remote so you have no other option than to pay for everything 3 times more than expected...
bungaloo was way out of decent standards, smells like feet, furniture cheap and very old, even rained inside room one night.

avoid if you can!!!!!

This place is just a disaster.

The exterior of bungalows is OK. But interior is not what we expected. The room is small, dirty and smelly. Furniture is old and spoil. No safe box. Shower is terrible. The walls are planked with gaps in them.

Everything in this resort is unreasonably pricey and they want you to pay for everything. E.g. the site says that it has free shuttle to Pattaya - it actually doesn't. And since the resort is very remote you have no choice.

We left this place the same day as we arrived.

Really a gem location south of Pattaya next to Bangsaray beach. We were virtually alone at the hotel and had a great time at the pool area next to the beach. Staff was really friendly and the bungalow was of good size, although we would have preferred to have the shower and bathtub inside and not outside the toilet under open air. Not so convenient when you want a cold shower and it's raining outside. We only tried the restaurant for breakfast as there are a lot of places for great seafood in Bangsaray (you need transport to go as it's 3-4 kms at least). Breakfast was good and with OK variety. Unfortunately, the one thing that really ruined our stay was that the beds had fleas or bed bugs and we got severely bitten over the night making it impossible to sleep and with red itchy bites all over everyone's body the next day. The hotel manager at charge when we were there did not seem to care much when we notified them and only said they give nasty bites and welcomed us back next time. Hopefully this is isolated only to our bungalow and that they can do something about it, although they did not seem to take it too serious. Location - yes we will come back. Bed bugs - it's still itching, so not sure we are too tempted.

We reserved for three nights (from Bangkok by phone), a two story villa on the beach (they propose to us number 105).Upon arrival at the villa late afternoon 11/21/2016 we smell humidity in the villa. We ask why the hotel did not ventilated the villa..answer: sorry we forgot..so we did it..later in the evening we tried the Jacuzzi..oups no bubbles..broken..and very few hot water..since it was very late,we decided to wait the next morning to speak (in Thai) to the maid.. She said OK she will report this to the manager..Since we did not stay all day in the villa we suppose that they would have fix everything during the day..oups no, since towards the middle of the evening.when we tried the shower and the Jacuzzi there was no hot water nor Jaccuzzi..I call the office and they told me soory and that it will be fix the next day..Next day I went to the office to be sure it will be fix and someone did came. But after 30 or 40 minutes he said it was impossible to fix the Jacuzzi but for the hot water later in the day. They offer us to change for another villa but since it was our last night and the hot water would be fix we decline. Late evening we tried the shower and surprise, the hot water problem was not fix has they promise.. More, during this last afternoon there was very big tunderstorms and heavy rain and we can see water falling inside the villa from the roof to the stairs (not much but..) Worse..late in the evening water flowed from the wall on the first floor (again not much but). So since we had to go back to Bangkok early in the morning I went to the office to have an agreement, but surprise no manager was available. We explain in thai all the problems we enconter and want a financial compensation ..we paid 300,00US a night for no hot water no Jacuzzi..She told us to send an email to the hotel and we should find and agreement. Well, now it is december the 9 and THEY DID NOT ANSWER MY EMAIL.Absolutely no respect for customers. I will not reserve at this place any time soon and nobody should even if this place is nice and the poeple are friendly

Sorry, I have never been back to the hotel and probably never will. Hopefully they take action, because it's in a great location.
