We were staying in Reeth but upon advice decided to try The Bridge Inn, we were certainly not disappointed, the place was busy, very busy however food was served quickly and could not be faulted, everything homemade, absolutely delicious. Our next short break will be at The Bridge Inn for sure, if only to try the breakfast!

Whilst staying in nearby Reeth we discovered this pub, the selection of ales were great and kept well. We booked for food and were not disappointed, food was good and despite being very busy we didn't have to wait too long and the waiting staff were very helpful.

Excellent location in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. lovely people more than happy to help. Food excellent but if you require evening meals book a table early. The room we had was a little tired but clean and comfortable.

Cracking little lunch in this dog friendly old pub in Grinton. Passed by and dropped in....cheeky little burger for me and a steak and ale pie for my better half. Delicious! Friendly staff, proper old feel to the place and the food was fantastic for price and taste. Great stuff.......

Fine food. Fine company. Excellent staff. Rooms need updating but that is not the landlords fault. Blame Marstons pub co . They could update an ensuite a year. Clean and tidy but dated. All in all a great business studford by a pub co who just tip the profit out of it and fail to invest a penny.

Went here for an evening meal, we did get there quite late (8.50pm) although the sign outside did say food served until 9pm and the landlord was accommodating and allowed us to order food. Not a huge menu and no sides but enough on it to suit. The food was average though and the portions not great (especially after a...

For a number of years three friends and I have had an evening meal at the Bridge and been well pleased with good cooking and generous portions. It seems to have gone downhill and mean. The starters were tiny, served on large plates. I asked for some bread to pad out the three small pieces of melba toast that came...

Mrs Woodpecker and I stayed here for a weekend in April. The room was homely and quite cosy, en suite with a large corner bath and shower. The view from our window was the church over the road, The Cathedral of the Dale. We thought this might be a problem, as the bells chime every hour (and on the quarters)...

We stayed here as a family for a birthday in February. We have visited the Bridge many times whilst in the area for food and a drink and have never been disappointed. The food and welcome is always great. So, on that premise we decided to book an evenings stay. The rooms were rather dated and in need of some...
