We stayed for one night in a room on the ground floor, with a queen bed and king single. The room was a good size, with a large bathroom. Was good to be able to open a window to get some fresh air. Checkin was easy. They have secure under building parking as well. Easy access to the Castle Hill...

Dear Guest - thank you for the great review. Yes our twin rooms are large and do work well for families. In regards to beds I have just started a rollout of new beds with our suites and superior rooms being completed soon, so Twins shouldn't be too far off. Hope to welcome you again soon. Kind regards Malcolm Mathie...

The reception staff were lovely and pleasant. We didn't use the restaurant as maybe next time. Excellent parking undercover or outside and free. Would highly recommend...

Stayed here on our wedding night. Could have just been the buzz from the big day but we had a fantastic time here! Nice room and great service. Would definitely return for our wedding anniversaries in the future. Hoping to have a night stay there in the next few months :)

The hotel is very well appointed with 1st Class rooms, very good dining room/restaurant, and the pool was very inviting. The location was just perfect for places I had to visit for my work and Hillsong Church is just down the road. Public transport is a bit of an issue and the taxi fare from Sydney Airport was $151. I...

Dear Ron - thank you for the great review. Yes I agree Sydney taxi's could be better priced and of a far higher standard. We are well located to Hillsong Church and know that the new rail link will definitely offer a new and cheaper means of transport to the area. We hope to welcome you again soon. Kind regards...

This is my second stay at the Hills Lodge and my experience was just as good as the first time. Staff were fantastic, Emily on check in and Darlene on check out were both really helpful and friendly. I only stayed the one night as I was having a minor operation at Norwest Private Hospital. However, I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Nothing was to mush trouble. They also have a courtesy bus that takes you to the hospital from 7.30am onwards. The room was clean and modern and the room service meal was...

I am an Accor Member and regularly travel for business purposes and to visit family in Sydney. THE ACCOMMODATION: Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well maintained, beautiful hot shower. I would be hard pressed to find anything negative to say about the rooms and/or the comfort level. THE RESTAURANT: We had dinner both nights of our stay and breakfast one morning. The food is absolutely beautiful. The majority of the staff in the restaurant are lovely and...

This was a very convenient location for our activities. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in polite and easy. Breakfast gave many delicious choices to start the day. The only small disappointment was arriving 'late' to breakfast. And being reminded of this inconvenience. The times 6:30 to 9:30 leads you to believe you can arrive at 9. Sadly this...
