Poor housekeeping especially under the beds. Rooms need updating from the 70's. Bathroom taps had no H or C markings. Drunk "truck drivers" from next room @ 4am trying to get into our room wasn't appreciated. Hotel staff had no manners nor smile. Not family friendly but would be ok for overnight stay for workmen.

Looks and feels like the has not been any maintenance for a loooong time. Gaps in walls, holes in walls & ceiling. While linen was clean, single bed very short for a normal size person. Do not recommend

I don't mind if the decor is 40 years old, but it should be maintained and CLEAN. Missing tiles, dodgy toilet, bad lighting and a persistent musty smell. Really low ceilings and small rooms, tiny shower. You can open the windows, and the smell forces you to do so. To be fair, I didn't actually see any filth, but my...

Older style rooms, but the beds are comfortable the television is a flat screen and the water is hot. The rooms are definitely livable, I have stayed for extended periods. They are aging but for the price they are fine. The pub is great good food friendly staff cold beer.

Nothing like the photo on the web. Substandard for the price.Felt like a bad, coutry highway, cheap motel ,with a Sydney price tag. Smelly and horrible. Wouldn't stay there for FREE again !!! I am no fusspot but for $175 per night they could at least clean their carpets better and upgrade the bathroom .

This is motel accommodation located behind a hotel/bar. I got a room when it was on special and found it to be great value for money. The room is very basic, and its major flaw was that the lighting was not adequate in the room, but this didn't worry me to much, as I used the room for a place...

Mouldy smells bothered me all night. Bad mosquitoes kept me curling in my bed (seems like they were getting in somehow even though everything was closed). A bar is located just in front of the hotel and I kept the TV on to drown out the noise. The shower and room is a bit run down as well. Don't bother.
