OK for 1 or 2 nights stay..clean and near Tuas. Just a simple hotel with only a counter for check in and out. There are coffeeshops and some restaurants around. Done mix up this hotel with Euro hotel because Euro hotel are just next few walks away.

We are family of 5 who was visiting Legoland Malaysia for 2 days from Singapore. Then flew to Penang from Johur Bahru. Chose this hotel randomly from booking website to save big $ as an alternative to very pricey Legoland hotel.
It was adequate for our needs- large room with kingsize and 3 singles. Bathroom poorly designed and very low water pressure from shower- just a trickle really! Sheets were worn but clean, towels were good. bottles of complimentary water in room. The girls in reception seemed surprised whenever we asked them anything and never looked up when we came in or left. Room wasn't serviced during our stay but it wasn't a problem for us. We were out all day, got taxis to and from Legoland each day (RM15-30 depending on traffic) and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Great street food market where we got delicious dinner one night amongst the locals. Pizza hut another night.
All in all, hotel was ok for our needs- comfy beds to sleep in at the end of long days out. It was very cheap too and we felt we got value for money. money saved meant our boys could choose some small lego bits and pieces for souvenirs.

Booked a Superior Family Junior (No Window).

The hotel is strategic. Near to eateries, salons, mamak, awesome massage centres, nice lobby & lift. Comb, toothbrush, towel and shower cap provided. Complimentary bottled water provided.

The light is too dimmed. Some of the lightings are faulty eg. the wash basin mirror and lighting above the dressing table. Seriously need water pump for shower. Cigarette smell in the toilet. Sticky floor.

Stayed here a couple of times whenever I travel to Johor Bahru for business and I had just a few hours to rest. It is located in the commercial district of Taman Nusa Bestari 2 in one of the many rows of three storey shoplots. There are ample eateries around for you to have meals while staying there.

The rooms are clean and nice with all the usual amenities of a budget hotel. The bed is comfortable, better than most budget hotels I've stayed in. However, as in most budget hotels located at shoplots, most rooms do not have windows. WiFi is available for free in all rooms. Complimentary coffee making facilities are available at the lobby. There's also a mini movie theater on the top floor with a small lounge that serves drinks.

Its a good budget hotel which gives good value for money.

A 2 star hotel. Basic rooms but relatively clean. Sufficient for trips to Legoland or Singapore because you will be out the whole day and only need a decent place to stay. About an hour's drive to Orchard Road, Singapore.

Stay here for leisure and family come together. greeted with the smell of betel mixed saliva, spit on it in the trash at the entrance to the first floor. disgusting and almost vomitting. Had to stay as close to the workplace.
The good:
1. Room was spacious enough.
2. Close to eating area.

Not good:
1 Not clean, with dirt in the sink and the shower.
2. Noisy if the room facing the street.
3. Housekeeping. Sheets are torn, cigarette burns in the sheets.
4. Staff is unethical. come in the room with improper clothing (Sarong & singlet) to repair broken air conditioner at night and stepped on the mattress and leave footprints.

Not sure whether to stay here again or not.

The floor of the room was dirty, there are cobwebs on the ceilings, small cockroaches on the table, there were still some sugar left unclean on the top of the ironing board hence you can expect trails of ants (my sister bought ridsect just to kill those ants and roaches in our room). The only thing that I can compliment about the room is the clean bathroom. The location was okay as you can easily find restaurants, food stall, kopitiam etc. Downside of it is that at midnight people often do some street racing, and you can hear your next door people talking and laughing, so you can expect sleepless night. This hotel is far from city centre, make sure to have your own transport.

I stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe double. The room was big, but sadly there was cigarette smoke smell occasionally in & all the time out of the room. I could see a number of cigarette butts thrown on the walkway. Another downfall was that the water volume was extremely small!! The bathroom was partitioned with transparent glass (with curtains available if you want to have privacy during shower or when doing your 'business'). Some people may or may not like it.

The moment we entered the room, we surprised by:-

1) Potato chips and rubbish on the floor
2) Bathroom floor so dirty and not being washed
3) Toothbrushes not being top up and only the empty boxes left
4) Used soap left by previous visitor was not being thrown
5) Aircond not able to adjust the temperature due to unprovided remote control
6) Bed sheet not being changed, during the night we felt itchy on the body
7) Water heater no hot water, feeling cold at night after showering
8) Loose tap in the bathroom's basin
9) Can't really have a good sleep with their pillow, so I pat the pillow and saw so much dust flying around and cause I have the discomfort of my throat.

The forth day after our stay in this hotel, I have a red spot on my left lap and discovered it getting bigger and itchy. Thought it was a normal skin sensitive until the skin specialist doctor told me it was shingles and it will spread to other area of my left leg. Part of the reason is because the hotel's cleanliness very bad n cause the virus attack in my body. Obviously the hotel management have a such poor service and hope they will take note and will improve their cleanliness too.
