Good location, food easily avaliable, 24hour convience store a few steps away and a Watsons (over the counter mediciations and toiletries) just next door. alot of resturants, pubs, bakeries near by. Everything you need for the stay.
Room i got was terriblely small, I paid for the Premium double and it was small, with mainly a bed, a place to store your luggage, a dressing table, a bed side table and a tiny broken chair. Door couldn't even close properly. No windows, and no proper sitting area. Fully glass bathroom as well so this is only for families and couples.
Worst of all the room had a musky smell that didn't go away with the A/C, the smell was abosorb into my clothes and all my bags. had to sun them for a few days to get the smell off.
finally, they only issue one room key, so when i go out to:
1. collect grab food,
2. buy drinks/snacks,
3. just for a walk in general
I either had to leave my wife in the darkness, or knock when i got back.
overall it's pretty average.

Good, clean, value for money.
Near alot of F&B, there a 24hr "Family Mart" stall round the corner, so no worries on food. Parking is not free need to use parking coupon. I think from 8am. Near to a mall, walking distance to the mall.

After a day tour to KL, I decided to go back to JB, Skudai Area and planned to visit JPO and buy some things I needed at a discount. I opted to try a new hotel and it was a wrong decision. Although the location is still good, the room was not as good as the previous hotels. Anyway, for as long as I could sleep for the night and save money for shopping, I still stayed at the hotel. :-)

Room is freaking small,without windows. Since i was staying for only a night , we didn't bother about the room type and just choose anything that was available.
This is an honest review. I wish i can say it's a lie but it is not. For the first time, i was disturbed by spirits in this room. I wish i can remember which room but i no longer remember it. 5th or 8th floor maybe. I then slept off after being 'disturbed' thinking it was just on my mind but i woke up in the wee hours to my husband screaming and moving frantically. It seems he was trying to move but something was stopping him.
Real scary experience of my lives. I couldn't sleep after that and waited till morning before we check out. Horrible horrible stay! Many hotels in this area, just choose elsewhere if you can.

I have stayed on 5 stars hotels as well as budget hotels and back packers hotel so my review will based on the value i received with what i paid.
Here Hotel provideds the least value of money I paid for following reasons:
1. They said there are lift in the hotel but its under repair and it is not able to provide service from 8am to 6pm but in 8pm i asked about the lift, the counter said its not working. Indirectly they asked their customer to climb the stairs but they dont provide anything to say they are sorry. Its just a simple gesture as customer paid full amount but they dont received what they should received as part of the amount paid and lift usage is one of it. As a suggestion maybe a simple RM10 voucher for next stay is enough to say you are sorry.
2. The price i paid through Agoda.com stated RM222 for a double bed room. I paid RM143 after the discount but when i asked the front desk, i got information that the walk in price is R148 nett. Now, either agoda mark up the price and give huge discount or the hotel is the culprit, i dont know but i felt cheated.
3. For the price of RM143, the room of 12m2 is small, space is limited and a double bed is too small, it should be minimum queen size bed. There is a very small wall mounted table, just enough to put the coffee tray and water heater. There are no dressing table either.
4. The hall way is too tight and if you encounter people walking towards you, you or them need to give way, too illustrate the tightness of the hall way.
5. The room sound insulation is terrible. You can hear next room sound such as people talking and the TV sound. During my stay my neighbor has 3 kids with them, you can imagine the noise. But i have kid as well, i can tolerate with it.
6. However, the location is good, near to Sutera Mall and easy to park.

Jan 15 was my wedding day, so I booked about 15 rooms. My friends and relative came to attend the wedding reception. The location of this hotel was great as I could get anything within 10min. For a "budget hotel" this hotel has more class than some so call better rated. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I had some elders who came and the reception help out with the luggage. That morning we need play some wedding games and the management accommodated all our needs. My wedding was just great , fantastic because I choose this hotel. I will recommend this place for a good budget hotel. Thanks

This is within the top 3 hotels to me in this area having been to this area 5 times. The location might be further away from Sutera Mall (8 mins walk), but it is near to many good eateries. Our WiFi went dead every night around 10pm (may be someone was torrenting) and need the help of the staff to restart it.

A day trip really does fatigue the family out.
Searched, and definitely one of the most affordable junior suite around.

We had a lovely stay at the Here Hotel JB which is located in Skudai, Taman Sutera. The inner aesthetics of the hotel are quite beautiful & we feel special welcoming by staff Adam from reception. Earlier we booked two room with online and added 1 more room which is group floor for my mom facilities. we truly enjoyed the our stay and awesome great services.

I have stayed in this hotel few times, The location is great, Its surronded by lots of restaurant and pubs, Specially night life over the area is so energatic,
Hotel is okay for price because its a budget hotel so one should not expect too much of hospitality, Staff are friendly, Wifi is not so strong.
