Stayed overnight for a weekend tour. Prebooked and check in the evening and the rooms are ready for us with aircon on. Nice and new home stay so it is modern. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place is a downside. The bed was littered with dead bugs dropping from the ceiling lights since this is an agricultural town. The floors are stained and appeared not mopped but just swept only. The toilet is small with no shower cubicle so the floor is wet. There is a towel rail but no hanger hooks for your other clothings. The wash basin is not clean and has hairs from previous stay. And the internet is fast but not working almost the entire stay although we made a complaint. It could have been perfect since the home stay is within a gated community if not for those cons.

A clean and beautiful homestay villa. It is suitable for family or friends outing. Moden and nice design of each room and the spacious roof top is suitable for BBQ gathering and chit chat at night. A place to stay.

It is a newer and larger home stay, but further away from the rice field. Like all homestay, it has limited rooms, probably less than 15 - two family rooms (one of them actually are two connecting rooms) that can fit in 6 persons tightly. I was lucky to get one of them at last minute booking. Lighting in the room is bright and aircon works perfectly. Very well maintained bath rooms and water pressure is extremely good thanks to the three giant water tanks sitting on the rooftop, one containing hot water – making the hot water temp to be evenly distributed. The roof top allows one to watch stars as well as fire works during CNY – courtesy of the neighborhood. BBQ possible on roof top as well - but there are many seafood restaurants nearby within 5-minute drive or 15-20 minutes walking so why bother? Overall security is good as it is within a security guarded residential area. It is a place worth returning - although I would still consider the more homely Paddy Village Hotel the first choice.…
