The good: Everything about this hotel is better than expected, comfortable bed , cool aircond despite the hot weather, great water pressure with hot and cold water, water dispenser is conveniently allocated to every floor, checking in and out process is efficient with deposit of only RM50, each room has a perfect view of the paddy fields, Wi-Fi is good enough The bad: Missed the road to the hotel as it has a separate parallel road to reach the hotel, the road leading to hotel is not tarred, cups, a jug, and 2-in-1 shampoo is provided, nothing more.. so bring your own dental kits and own tea or coffee, however there is a vending machine at the ground floor Room and toilet is big and roomy, great place to relax away from the city. There’s a rooftop on the 4th floor for bbq and catching the sunset. Also, there are nice props around the hotel to take insta worthy photos. I think it is a 4.5 out of 5 for me. We brought our own pillow, but we requested a pillow case. We were told that we will being charge extra RM5. The point is, THIS POLICY WASN'T STATED IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY AND AGODA. We dont mind paying, but we are willing to pay to the hotel, not the individual staff. -Room wasn't sound proof During our stay during night time, we heard noisy sound such as people showering, opening and closing doors and also vehicle passes by. We could even heard how many drips that someone who stayed above us peed in the toilet. Our seeping quality was badly affected. -Not senior citizen and children friendly The toilet door made by metal were designed like the container looks cool, but it created a lot of noises when closing and opening it. Moreover, if was difficult for the outsiders to open it if there is any unforeseen incidence happening in the toilet. …

Great view,basic room and unprofessional front desk. We requested for extra pillow but not available. It was alright but what put me off was the attitude of the frontdesk.The need lots of training to handle the guest prooerly.They wanted a surcharge of RM5 for loaning a pilloe case which was not stipulated in Agoda hotel policy. Like I say,it was not what you say but how you say it.
