Who in their right mind would book bands to play directly outside "FAMILY ROOMS" until 11pm at night? There's a sign in the room warning about the noise, but by that stage it's too late?!. There should be warnings when you make the booking. When we asked staff if there were any other rooms they were rude, and dismissive. I don't recommend anyone book rooms here, there are far better places to stay for a better price...and they don't have bands (who by the way were awful) playing and keeping your children awake.

Over all this is nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We booked the cheapest room through booking.com- we looked very carefully at the descriptions on the hotels website as well as booking.com and couldn't find anywhere that mentioned that the rooms didn't have windows. We suspected they might not have windows because of the photos but we booked it anyway because we are on a budget. I would prefer for them to make it very clear before booking. Other than that the room was nice, spacious, clean with a huge TV, big comfortable bed and large bathroom with a good shower. We used the pool at the back a couple of times. It was mostly in the shade, which is fine as it is so humid. The pool area was clean enough and pretty well maintained. They provided pool towels if you request them at reception. We only had breakfast in the hotel one morning and it was very basic. We didn't eat at the restaurant which is attached to (but not run by) the hotel as there were plenty of other places to eat nearby. There was live music on every night which went on till about 10:30pm and was pretty loud- getting an early night wasn't really an option. You can walk to the closest beach in about 5 mins but you have to walk past building sites along rough tracks. There are lots of restaurants as well as other hotels that you can eat at within walking distance. You can also get taxis quite cheap to the other side of the island- the staff requested taxis for us with the grab app which was a bit cheaper than meter taxi.

We had a very special reunion here at Lot 33, the executive suite had a great family area where there was plenty of space to play games and chat. The staff are very friendly, in particular Kelvin. The staff tried their best at breakfast however - they found it difficult to keep the stocks filled for a big group. There is a great coffee shop down the road and a very handy laundromat. The pool area is a bit hot- some shade would be great. I would recommend going to the beach for sunset drinks - the sunsets are amazing. There is also a handy 24 mini mart across the road. There is a variety of eateries. It’s very convenient spot to take boat trips such as island hopping. Thank you so much Lot 33 we loved our stay here.

We absolutely loved staying here. We only had one of the cheapest rooms which unfortunately didn’t have any windows! But everything else was perfect. The room was well well equipped and cleaned daily. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially the bar staff. The food was excellent and very good value. It is in a quiet area and about a 15 minute walk to Cenang, or £1 in a Grab! Thanks very much for making our stay in the beautiful Langkawi even more special

My stay here were amazing. Everything from check-in, throughout my stay here for 3d2n, and check-out was smooth and wonderful. Haven't tried their cafe menus but seeing the previous reviews must have been good. Large room, and even larger bathroom. Great decor, relaxing ambience. Nothing to complaint, but if I would add something, please check every room's TV whether the Netflix or Youtube can be use. Definitely gonna recommend this hotel to everyone whether you're on your honeymoon or chilling or relaxing with your family, this is definitely the hotel to be in your choice.

We booked the family standard room at Ground floor. Deposit in cash required rm100. Toilet bidet has a bit of leak but other than that all good. It has a separate toilet, shower n vanity area. We especially love the smart tv in the room as our child can comfortably watch some youtube after long day. Kettle, small fridge, towels, iron and hair dryer all provided for use. We were lucky our room was on ground floor, as the stairs to higher floor seemed a bit dark for small child/elderly. Theres a coin laundry just next to the hotel where we did our laundry. We paid rm10 extra to lady at laundry where she will help to fold the clothes as well. Great add on service. While waiting for laundry, husband went to hear the band at the hotel and he said it was really good. Family room has 2 queen beds and 4 towels. Parking area a bit dark so was a bit worried abt our rented car but it was all good, nothing happened. We wanted to try their restaurant but it was not open while we were there, so we ordered Grab food and it was delivered to the hotel. Many food vendors can deliver to the hotel area via Grab/Foodpanda app. Delivery fee free to about rm3.. very reasonable. We also went for spa at the nearby Alun Alun Spa. Recommended for couples, friends or families with older children perhaps.

1. Room with en-suite toilet has exposed live wire that trips power in the toilet. Complained but no rectification taken 2. After room cleaning all power will be cut while you’re out. Items (I.e chocolates) left in room will be spoilt upon return

Response from Lot , Other at Lot 33 Boutique Hotel
Responded 5 Jan 2022
Hi Sir, We apologize on your inconveniences experienced in our hotel. May we know when you stayed for us to investigate this issue and to whom was the complain made for us to investigate further? The power is automatically turned off when u remove the key card from the key slot. If the chocolates are left in the refrigerator, they should be fine. However, we do apologize for this. We will strive to improve this in the future. Hope to see you again in our property! Happy New Year!

I love this place! I was initially only staying for 2days ended up extending it to 8. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a calming atmosphere. I didn't see many people around the hotel, apart from the restaurant downstairs during the evening where they have a band playing daily. This was perfect for me as I was looking for some quiet after previously staying on the main strip of Cenang walk. The location is good, it's near the beach and is surrounded by some nice restaurants and bars. However, what made the stay so wonderful for me, above anything else was the staff. All of whom are extremely helpful and diligent. Nothing is too much trouble, and every day I was greeted with a smile. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I will be sure to return.
