We didn't actually stay at the casa, but went to Puerto Esperanza for the day from Vinales. Ate a lovely lobster lunch at Casa Teresa Hernandez. The lobster was great, so too was the black rice with beans. Would recommend!

Teresa, her Daughter, and staff make you feel as welcome as I ever felt in any restaurant anywhere. I never expected this in this small fishing town. That was the only topped by the food she puts out wow I have had cuban beans all my life but Teresa's are amount the best I ever tasted. The rest of what...

Teresa is a congenial host and the rooms are very comfortable with good air conditioning The on-site open air restaurant has great atmosphere and the food is very good. Her Casa is well located in a quiet area, very close to the ocean and waterfront bars. After trying 3 other Casa's in Puerto Esperanza this is the Best.

Teresa is a great host and explains all charges beforehand and is very helpful. Room is very clean and everything worked. Nice and quiet at night and bug free. Close to local disco and bar. Her restaurant is top notch and the service and staff, especially Julietta, great. Best in Puerto Esperanza

We didn't actually stay with Teresa as she was fully booked (speaks for itself) but we ate in her restaurant twice...and had the same thing twice...lobster. It was delicious! Thoroughly recommend to anyone, Teresa is kind and very helpful, she helped us to find alternative accommodation (which was also great, just round the corner) as her Casa was full. Thank...

after 2 1/2 weeks of travelling throughout Cuba, we affirm that this casa was realy the best. Very friendly staff, superb (sea)food; nice and clean rooms, very original place to eat, quiet town at the seaside, ideal place to stay coming from or going to Viñales. The casa is in the village of Puerto Esperanza

We stayed 2 days and can only recommand this casa. The rooms are nice, the restaurant area is great. We had very nice food and the service is great. We got every help we asked for and Teresa organizes everything. We felt every time very welcome. We can recommand a trip to Cayo Jutias.

...Otherwise Teresa would get 5 points! However, if you plan to go to Vinales and the caves, you are close enough! The name of the village is Puerto Esperanza, 10 miles from Vinales centre. We booked via Trip Advisor, but you may call directly: 048-793703 and 048-793923. Attending staff, excellent food and clean rooms, what more to ask for. Yes,...

I stayed here with a friend and had originally intended on only staying one night but once we got to Vinales, decided to stay a second as it is a stunning piece of the world! Strongly recommend a visit to Cayo Jutias while here. The room was clean and tidy and had a private bathroom! There's a nice outdoor dining...
