Hi, sorry to say I do not know the answer to either of your questions. We did not see bicycles for hire. That said, the hotel has a highly energetic and helpful activities director, and my guess is that she could arrange something for you. I also do not know about availability of the balneario. When we were there, the town was pretty sleepy, and very few guests in the hotel. Even the pool at the hotel was drained "for painting".
