We, a family of 4 (two teenage boys) loved this place. We where very glad that we stayed for 4 nights. Looking at the guest book it seems that this was on the longer side. I would definitely recommend a longer stay. Lazy beach is on the far side of Samloem. From where the boat leaves you it is a...

Paradise tropical hideaway on Koh Rong Samloem off the coast of Cambodia. Beautiful private beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Owners meet and greet you off the boat. Comfortable bungalows and good food.

We spend 5 lovely days at this little piece of paradise - and what a relaxing and wonderful stay we had. We were welcomed by Chris at the small "dock" when we arrived to the island of Koh Rong Saloem - one of the owners of this beautiful place, both him and Gemma where our hosts during our stay and...

This review covers not just Lazy Beach but the island of Koh Rong Samloem as a whole. Its located in one of the most idyllic locations I've ever been, far enough from Saracen Bay to make casual visits unlikely. It would be hard not to relax here, it is so laid back and peaceful and that is also achieved in...

Spent 3 nights on Lazy Beach and honestly could not recommend it enough. The beach is beautiful, and it was so quiet it was like our own private beach. The hammocks outside the bungalows are perfect for relaxing in the afternoons, the bungalows themselves are sufficient for what you need - a bed. The bar area is huge, with lots...

We spent 2 nights at the Lazy Beach. The boat ride is about 2 hours, so we were happy to get to the island and be greeted with a drink. Made me think of the TV show Fantasy Island. All there is on this part of the island are cabins and the restaurant/bar, no wi-fi, no shops, air-conditioning. It's just...

We didn’t stay here but we walked across the island to Lazy Beach a couple of times and ate at the Lazy Beach Resort restaurant. It is set in a gorgeous wooden building, built in a very interesting shape to create lots of little alcoves, each with different seating arrangements, e.g. a swing, swinging round wicker seats, wooden chairs, sofas,...

the only advantage of this place that i could see was the privacy. the bungalows are dank, dark and need a good clean. all of the lounges in the restaurant/chill out areas need a good clean. i get that they are trying to keep in with nature by not treating/painting any of the wood work, but with all the rain...

If you are looking to unplug and relax for a few days without distractions this place is pretty much perfect. Comfortable, simple bungelows right on the beach, great relaxing bar/restaurant area, good food, and plenty of peace and quiet. We spent 4 nights here, which felt about right. If you are feeling more athletic the 4 hour hike to the...

I was supposed to be on this amazing island for 2 nights, I stayed 5. If you need a break from the world to an untouched paradise, then this is the place. A bit pricey in comparison to southeast Asia prices but you will see why. Supplies come in daily on a supply boat, there is no wifi, and there's...
