It started well - nice big carpark, friendly receptionist, room looked nice - separate seating area and bedroom (5). However when you came to utilise the room the problems became apparent. First up every time anyone walked down the corridor the whole thing shook and you could hear everything. Next up tried to have a shower - it was like...

Friendly and helpful staff at the check in and the restaurant. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean with a very nice view. The bathroom had nice touches including robes and slippers. The dinner was average, however the quality and choice of breakfast was very good with friendly servers. Close to town centre by car and plenty of parking. Location beside...

You will not find a better Hotel around Fort William, fact. Its location is on Neptune's Staircase canal-locks and most rooms view Ben Nevis. We found it pretty central for visiting Oban, Aviemore and its Cairngorm Funicular, coastal drive to Mallaig, Steall Falls, and Fort William's Crannog Seafood Restaurant. The Hotel is deceptively large but with many secluded areas. The...

We were looking for somewhere to have an end of week meal with good food, comfort and dog friendly. This hotel next to Neptunes staircase is situated in a lovely area with big windows to enjoy the views. It has a dining area but also a comfortable bar area which genuinely welcomed dogs and the food was lovely with cheery...

I found all the staff to be very professional, friendly and so helpful. I cannot rate this hotel and the staff highly enough! It was...

Checked in and were met by cheery and helpful staff which continued throughout my albeit to short a stay. The room was first class...

Lovely friendly welcome on check in. Although we only booked a standard room it was excellent, very reasonable price. We had a sitting,tv room and separate bedroom ( room no 5 ). Bathrobes, slippers, water, chocolates, tea, coffee, hair dryer, very generous selection of toiletries were all provided. Food in the lovely Bistro was delicious. Very helpful staff in all...
