A fab location for a wedding and reception. Great lawns at the front and rear. Drinks at the bar not as expensive as we expected either with Peroni lager around £4. Marquee was a bit cool in the evening but overall a very good show.

This is a beautiful place at the foot of the Mountains. But, we did not know how beautiful it was until we woke up the next morning. We were driving in from Bath and it was night time. We got completely lost and finally Alan drove to the Gas station where we were and escorted us to the Hotel. Now...

Stayed at the Old Rectory on Easter weekend. Gorgeous weather meant we went for lovely long strolls along the sublime canal. Advice: there's a footpath directly from the rear of the hotel. We ate our meal in the hotel and the blood orange and chocolate torte was just divine! An Easter treat and some. Definitely definitely worth recommending! We stayed...

Our 3 course evening meal was first class. The hotel grounds and surrounding area were stunning and peaceful. We went for a walk up beind the hotel onto the canal path,...
