This is a new property in Jamnagar which is tastefully constructed with all basic facilities in a great natural habitat on the Highway. The biggest asset of the hotel is its people who are full of service attitude and more than keen to delight the guests. Their effervescent smiles are really welcoming. Special mention to the F&B staff Ms Susana, Ms Merina, Ms Mahima, Ms Anita, Chef Harpal. They are very well mannered and trained under the able leadership of their leader Mr Amit Kumar

It’s a new hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. Comes with gym and swimming pool.
The hotel staffs are very attentive and helpful during my stay.
Restaurant that serve vegetarian mainly but if want meat options can opt for in-room dining.

I found the Hotel excellent all around and the staff extremely friendly and courteous! ! They did everything right and were most helpful. I enjoyed also small things like the charger station on my bed side table. So practical and useful. Not even super expensive hotels offer that!!!!! And that the bathroom light turns on and on automatically, a great idea. Whoever planed the Hotel should be highly recommended def and get a gold medal! The buffet for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Something for all!! tastes. The finally the fact that this Hotel has 2 electric vehicles made by TATA shows their environmental concern and forward thinking approach. The Hotel also provided a EV charging station! This hotel is about 15 min from the airport in Jamnagar, it is a bit outside the city which is great. Its quiet location is perfect. The staff has been nothing but friendly and amazingly attentive! Chef Harpal makes the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted. Every morning and evening, he greets me at the door of the restaurant and explains what each dish is. Manager Roshan is attentive and speaks great English. Neerav, the waiter is sweet and is always there to answer any question. The hotel is very clean and mostly importantly- clean drinking water is readily available! If I ever came back to Jamnagar, I would not hesitate to stay at the Orchid Hotel again!!

My stay at The Orchid Jamnagar was truly enjoyable. The food was the highlight—Chef Sandip made amazing dosas every single time, and Head Chef Harpal Singh went out of his way to prepare some special dishes just for us, which were absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing especially Susana ,Khimesh and Amit(HR). The chefs were attending the customer very politely and were very patiently serving the delicacies. The food was very good and the desserts just were on point and the taste buds were about to burst. The continental varieties were soul touching and had a perfect balance of taste.

Pros Nice setting of resort. Gives you serene vibes. Very Hospitable staff. Food is good. Rooms are also good. We got some best views of both sea mouth and sea. Also, sunset experience was also awesome.
Cons: Rooms can have a larger bed for larger rooms. Also, handwash near washbasin in room bathroom can be provided. Food is good but sometimes I got not so nice chicken pieces that tend to be chewy.
