We had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel whilst making use of the leisure facilities. The jacuzzi and pool were lovely, could have spent hours in there! The rooms were comfortable, a little dated and the bed was quite small however, still a comfortable and pleasurable stay. Plenty of choice on the menus, went later on the following day...

This hotel has had harsh criticism is doesn't deserve in my opinion. Very nice and informative welcome from reception staff- However bar service was slow and could be improved on but bar was busy and not enough staff (management issue not personal) Buffet food in the restaurant was reasonable for the price and chefs were working very hard to deal...

Booked this hotel because it was in between Manchester and Chester and was cheap. Firstly the hotel is on a business park and not all that easy to find. Drove past it about 5 times before eventually realising where we was. Stayed for two nights. During winter the hotel was very cold. The reception area is very nice and the...

We called here on route to a funeral and stayed for a coffee. We left after 31 minutes and have been fined £100 for outstaying our 30 minutes. We obviously won't be considering this establishment for any services they may provide, In addition to this we we will now totally avoid any accommodation or related services this company provides and...

Would avoid at all costs, absolutely disgusting! As soon as I drove into the car park the first view impressions were awful, as we walked in there was no greeting, we approached reception to a team member with a face like thunder, no welcoming, warming, or smile. Explained my stay an gave me the wrong directions towards my room. So...

I arranged to have some business meetings here and some lunch , unfortunately was quite disappointed. Coffee was good and staff friendly but before 2 pm I went to order food and was told there was nothing left! Despite it being a hotel with guests and then at 3 pm we were told the coffee lounge was closed! A whole...

I booked my room for New Year's Eve through booking.com and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable albeit a bit dated. I attended the New Year's Eve gala dinner through The Dinner Club. On arriving in the bar I initially felt overdressed looking at the people in the bar but was ok once I found my fellow dinner club...
