Rooms have been recently updated however it would seem they have used furniture from a poor 1970s store. Service in the bar was slow and while the food was expensive it was good quality. At breakfast service was again poor, the food was cold and the selection was limited.

My main complaint is the poor customer service at the spa and the pratice of charging £1 simply to use a towel upon entry to the pool. I have never in all my travelling seen this and the complete lack of regard for paying guests. This was made worse by the poor negative attitude of man manning the spa. Because...

Started with problems from day 1, cold shower, broken door, broken toilet seat, tatty with cig burn in curtain, toilet like a fog horn flush system,...

The room was lovely and clean and the reception staff were helpful and pleasant. We ate our 3 course meal in the restaurant and it was buffet...

Can only speak as we found it. We were not looking forward to the visit after reading recent reviews, however arrived and checked in by pleasant staff member on reception really quickly and allocated room 205. We viewed the room before taking bags to the room, checking cleanliness of sheets and room in general. Seemed ok so brought luggage from...
