We couldn't have asked for more: The very warmest of welcomes and 'out of hours' refuge from the rain, followed by an amazing full English breakfast and cosy rooms that lacked nothing. Jayne and David are outstanding hosts - as foretold in so many previous Reviews. We considered ourselves so fortunate to have chosen the Coronation Guest House for our...

I arrived late into Truro and was very pleased to be so close to the station, just over the road. The owner was looking out for me and took my heavy bag upstairs. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. All I needed. Breakfast was cooked well and just as I had asked. I cannot fault Coronation Guest House...

I stayed with a friend in a double room with en-suite bathroom. The single bed was comfortable and the room was stocked with everything me and my friend needed for our stay. The couple that run the guest house live there full-time and they're very proud of it, and it shows. Breakfast is home-cooked and fantastic, and they take care...

I stayed at the guest house for 3 nights as a base for travels around Cornwall. I was greeted by Dave at the front door and he carried my bag up the stairs and into my room, I don't know if I could have gotten it up there. My room had a double bed and a small bathroom with a...

Beds really comfortable and very very clean. Bathroom spotless and a fresh pine smell as we walked in. We went down for breakfast again greeted...

We stayed for a week whilst singing at The Cathedral. Dave and Jayne were very welcoming and the rooms were comfortable. Our breakfasts were cooked to order everyday and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect being just by the Train Station but only a 5 minute walk into town.

A friend stayed at the Coronation Guest House for a few nights at the beginning of July and David, one of the Proprietors of the guest house, invited me to have breakfast with my friend the following morning. As I was not a staying/paying guest, I found this very welcoming. Jayne, his wife, cooked an excellent breakfast and there was...

Jayne and David provided us with a lovely base from which to explore Cornwall. Breakfast was a great start to each day. Only problem was no ground floor suites for disabled but with care and time, we managed the stairs. Very convenient for access to Truro Railway Station and Hertz car hire. Jayne and David represent the best in B&B...
