Made to feel very welcome by Anne and her father Harvey, a very talented and prolific artist.. Comfortable room with all we needed. Everything replenished daily with fruit tea an additional touch. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of both food and coffees. Handy position for a walk by country lane and footpath to the beach where there were... More

People first - Anne and Harvey are an absolute joy and were the making of our week's break in mid September. Never before have we encountered such considerate hosts and feel hugely grateful to have been treated so well. Our second trip to the Roseland this year and we heartily recommend the area. Wonderful scenery which makes for great walking... More

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding. Couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Both Anne and Harvey are wonderfully warm hosts who go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Our room (family room) was large, well equipped and decorated and spotlessly clean. Same goes for the en-suite bathroom. Free Wi-Fi within the B&B,... More

What a lovely place in a lovely village all made the better by Anne and her dad who are 2 of the most hospitable people I have ever come across, they could not of done anymore for us when moving breakfast times to suit a wedding we were attending to making the kids sandwiches so they didn't go hungry throughout... Anne is such a kind and nice person. Her attention to details is great: spotless room and there is nothing that she would not to to accommodate her guests and make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast is plenty. Enjoyed the vegetarian option. It is very well located for country walks and beach. I would certainly stay again and would... More

A very comfortable time spent with sensitive and efficient owners. This was booked at short notice for a funeral. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Shower water pressure was a little low, but adequate. The breakfast was lovely, a good choice, hot and tasty. The village has a pub right next door and a short drive to... More

I've stayed in many B&B's in the UK and across France, Italy and Germany. I have to say this is the best yet, for comfort, cleanliness and value. Anne and Harvey are both warm and friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and cosy with a view over the garden to the local pub. The bed was comfortable and... More

I stayed here with a friend at the beginning of this month. We booked the family room, which came with a huge bathroom en-suite. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were good and we took our evening meal at the pub opposite and were not disappointed there either. Anne is a very good hostess, making... More
