Whilst staying here, from my balcony I saw the morning workers climbing the palm trees and collecting the daily source of coconuts for the hotel without any harness or safety equipment of course, the sound of peacocks in the distance and rice fields. Quite calming until I saw the rooms. Unfortunately bedding and room was dirty which was quite off...

First of all the name itself is misleading. This is more like a pilgrim’s rest rather than a villa. The only positive things were the room and the bathroom. Absolutely poor service.Food was terrible and some of us got robbed of many thousands of dollars. The food ran out in the middle of lunch service. The price was five star but the quality of food was terrible.

I heard from the manager that June was the time that the cool winds...

The owner and staff are very welcoming and helpful. The food they prepared for me was excellent. There are paddy fields to one side and a...

One of the few places for a lunch of a big group in Mahiyanganaya after visiting the historic sites. The manager is very flexible and very insightful about the things to do and the roads leading from and to Mahiyanganaya
