It's a rather sprawling resort, perfectly set on the Mekong River, and pretty isolated. The room was furnished in contemporary style and well equipped. I was on the 3rd floor which meant a great view but there was no elevator and so be sure to let the hotel know in advance if this would be an issue for you. The...

I had read the reviews on this resort and have to say our experience was absolutely positive and a holiday to remember. The Delux Riverview room was spacious with a little balcony where you could sip a drink and view the Moon River/Mekong River meeting and the view to Laos. The staff were delightful and so helpful, there English may...

Maybe it was just as well I couldn’t see my dinner in an area of Thailand that eats frog (the whole amphibian, not just the legs). The candles were so dim outside that the waiter brought me another without my even asking! There was also a damaged bedroom ceiling (looked like a flood from the room above), there were dangerous...

Tohsang is situated on the Meekong River and is perfectly positioned for an easy drive to the many waterfalls, temples and the 2 colour rivers(Moon and Meekong). The rooms are large well equipped and peaceful. We had a great meal and although a bit pricey most enjoyable. A lovely pool rounds off a very pleasant stay.

We decided to detour from the busy Bangkok to a more relaxed place and to visit Laos, the website of the resort looked awesome and sold us.... We were Extremely disappointed and left after one night, the remaining few days of our holiday were ruined and had to find hotels and change flights. The 'resort' !! Is old and dated,...

This hotel had good rooms in a super location next to the river. Experience tells me that comparable hotels elsewhere would be about THB 1000 cheaper. The management seems to have disempowered their staff from any decision making and I'm sad to say they consequently weren't friendly or efficient at their jobs. So why 4/5 rating? Room quality and location,...

This is a nice hotel but enlighteners of work to embellish as it starts to age. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant serves very good Thai food. The pool is very pleasant. I regret that it does not overflow in the Mekong ...

Stayed there for four days last week with my wife. We have stayed here a number of times in the past. Great hotel, superb location and fantastic service. The staff go out of their way to ensure you are well looked after. We arrived late back to the hotel one evening & the restaurant staff stayed late to ensure that...

This hotel sits on the Mekong River which divides Thailand from Laos. It is where the Mun river dumps into the Mekong thus the blue water mixes with the muddy Mekong water. The resort is very remote but is very clean and has a large swimming pool. The breakfast is a huge spread. Good place to go if you want...
